Everything about sleep deprivation
Переглядів 10910 місяців тому

Communication between different regions is affected, and several brain regions become less active. This creates difficulties in staying focused; we struggle with self-control, and it’s hard to memorize anything. It's ...

Give me all As
Lol, what would the G be? Minus points.
Tapping, chewing, spoon touching teeth, slurping, loud breathing snoring, watche taping on a table when people use hands while talking! Yikes
Hi! I wanted to let you know some markers in Bloodwork. I was diagnosed with severe chronic fatigue syndrome / ME by Dr. John Chia, who is a world renowned expert and researcher for this condition. He tested for enterovirus in a very specific way. I don’t have the energy to explain- but this can be helpful to your audience. I appreciate you and your channel. This segment shows that bloodwork like mine is typically normal. I’ve been on this journey for nearly a decade, but was diagnosed officially 2 weeks ago. Dr Chia gave me supplements that I ordered on Amazon. I have been viral shedding since.
Yes I flinched I found the noises disturbing and triggering my hand started moving and my finger started crunching
Its now 2024 jab affected
I never two much of a problem with this because my familly naver ate at the same table but i DREAD BEING WITH MY GRANDMOTHER BECAUSE OF HOW SHE IS AND WHEN I GENUINELY TRY TO TELL HE SHE LAUGHS IT OFF😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😮
🎉 great stuff
i just had a dream about a cockroach landing on me and it woke me up in spasm. then i search up this vid at 1 a.m in fear and disgust lol
💝
I love your videos
You should’ve put up brass music because that’s the sound that I really can’t stand!!
I have DID its real😢😢
I am very thankful to you for such explanation in short time. Love from India❤
everyone said to avoid uvb pretty much reducing vitamin D production throughout the world over the last decade
Very informative video!
what a high quality video for such a small channel. Congrats.
Thank you! I appreciate.
Slurping, finger licking and loud continuous sneezing. I have struggled with all this all my life. 😢
One of the better explainations and discriptions i've found...
Misophonia and claustrophobia are a helluva combo 😅
They gain air superiority and i can do nothing, either run away or try to swat then away from getting to my face.
😂
Thanks you for keeping spoilers in the video for triggers, other vids just randomly put them in, and it makes me so angry.

U forgot throte clearing and nose sniffing pulling in and pushing out. They are not sick. They have a bad habit. And also pulling in you phlegm in your nose cause u don't have a Kleenex to blow out you snort and keep holding it in your nostrils. Might as well just sniff it down you gullet.
Thank you for covering this topic. It sounds promising.
This is definitely interesting topic
4:02 this would be true if 50% of black people didnt have ab implicit bias toward blackness. So it's not purely about ingroup and outgroup.
i think it is important to understand the conditioning as the main reason for women with high functioning MOA gene to be happier while males will be aggressive. It allows women to defend themselves in environment that is geared against them.
good videos, imho you need to change your channel profile pic
I'm listening, you mean the profile pic, not the cover pic? Do you have any suggestion?
@@Epistimi yeah the profile pic, it just looks like a standard google initial filler pic. Maybe getting a consistent color theme going for video thumbnails would help idk
I'm so embarrassed. I scream, jump and cry and beg to Jesus while someone kills it. I'm hysterical. Full blown panic. Shaking and tingling all over. This happened again for the 2nd time in front of my daughter's new boyfriend. He killed two big roaches near the front door in one week for me. He told me that he understands completely.... (he's so kind). It's just so hot outside. I think they are looking for water and shelter. I'm so afraid of them. I have been this way my whole life, and it's kept me from living alone.
you’re not alone if i see one the house i run from the house and try to find a stranger to kill it and they make fun of me but when i see one i shake and my heart beats and i sweat a lot and i can’t breath cuz roches are my phobia which i hope that i can get rid of someday
@@eclipsdown74 thank you for the support. my heart goes out to you. truly. cause this is the pits.
@@LeahsMoods yeah i know i wish that i was never afraid of them ! cuz they r a huge problem to me i fear to stay alone at home cuz if he came there is no one to kill him
Me too. People in my life are the opposite of understanding. My parents yell at me and tell me to grow up but I simply can't. Panic overrides me and I can't think rationally at all at that time and I cry and sob hysterically for them to help me and they refuse. Eventually my sister takes care of I storm out the house to sleep somewhere else. This fear is genuinely ruining my life. I'm so glad you have understanding people in your life who take you into consideration ❤
@@janjanbinks1710 ❤🫂 I'm sorry to hear this. It should never happen. It hurts so bad when the family laughs at you and enjoys seeing you melt down and panic. They love having that power over you in your weakest moment. They know exactly what your deepest fear is and use it to control you. They know what they're doing, it's very mean. My ex husband did me that way. My daughter used to do me that way until Christ convicted her. It's just horrible. I hate the roaches/water bugs. I have f****** nightmares about them b******. I live in constant fear of them. Especially right now, because I live in an old townhouse... there's holes and cracks everywhere... there's German roaches all in the kitchen. I'm moving soon. Have you ever tried those plug in bait sound wave roach killers? I tried them and I saw no difference with the German ones or anything.
Who noticed he bird? I know i did

What time is the best time to get vitamin d?

Thank you 😊 for your valuable Information
Thank you, do you ever have panic attacks?
Once, going to an interview. That was a very random question hahaha.
never start yelling in the middle of a whispering video!
Mine is random humming and certain talk patterns
Interesting! Can you give me a reference to the study of fraternal birth order effects on women? Thank you
Here you go: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8540587/ And in here you can read a commentary on the studies that followed: www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.1719534115
@@Epistimi thank you, but in those studies the effect on women is not mentioned. What new study are you referring to at 2:38?
@Ytkvhgh Ahh my bad, here it is: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35040387/ And this is an article written by one of the authors: theconversation.com/research-confirms-men-with-older-brothers-are-more-likely-to-be-gay-suggesting-same-sex-attraction-has-a-biological-basis-172396
@@Epistimi thank you very much 🙂
Can't thank you enough for the animals at the end. I have such a phobia of roaches i actually spasmed and shot back in bed when you showed one on screen. I'm on a journey to get over at least my immediate reaction to them where i damn near kill myself trying to get away from them. I feel so stupid about it but when i see one its like i turn into a dumb animal and am no longer in control. I really need to work on it. The animals at the end made it more palatable. ❤
Thank you Pete Davidson.
lol, you are welcome.
What about the current virus? In 2024. If the original virus was bad and those who had that were affected greatly. I'd like to know about the current virus and issues following catching it!
Why tf you have to do the sounds in the beggining
Sorry I wasn't looking at screen and didn't see the warning
I have cockroach phobia whenever I caught sight of them I feel a tingling sensation in my body and my hands slightly trembled, I wish I could overcome this phobia it’s such a big problem for me.
Don't feel bad, I think this is pretty common. I almost kill myself trying to get away from them. Damn near have. It's embarrassing because it can't even hurt you but logically, it makes sense. They carry diseases and fly right at you. Glad I'm not the only one out there.
Same but only since one flew on my face. I have only seen big flying ones since then. Mine turns me into Rambo tho. More of disgust for me. I do loose my mind a bit in the moment😂
Same

Well I had a dream that all my teeth fall out and I was so scared cause in reality my braces had some issue
Single sounds may not trigger rage, but a combination of 2 sounds can cause my body to go in tense mode & its just as bad as nails being scraped on metal or a blackboard, or in my case, eating making shlopping, & snorting sounds. In order for me to eat without being triggered is listening to music at a level that drowns out the unwanted sounds, & you can forget wearing headphones, they only amplify the unwanted sounds. Ive also noticed that the ears can feel really warm if not hot, which to the touch, they do feel quite warm.
What triggers me is not crunching sounds, but shlopping sounds. I really find it hard sometimes to eat, trying not to make much, if any sounds because if i hear squelching while eating, i immediately want to eject anything thats in my mouth & my appetite vanishes. My adrenaline pumps & I find myself in a rage, & bad mood. The sound of people trying to suck each other's lips(kissing) can also trigger it I try my best to chew & force myself to keep the food in my mouth, but it sits there & I'm too afraid to chew However some times are better than other times so I also think it depends on what frequency you're hearing which can differ most days. Some days it doesn't bother you, other days, you can detest what you can hear, & trying to block your ears doesn't work so you're there, rigorously shaking your head while chewing resisting the urge to spit the food out, you cannot even enjoy food sometime! It can even override actual hunger, even though I feel hunger, I think of the chewing sounds, & you rather go hungry!
your life is a prison buddy. im sorry that you have to live like that
@@wrisq I have to normally listen to music while I eat to drown out the eating sounds. When I hear slappy sounds, my body goes into reflex, I cannot swallow what's in my mouth & I need to spit it out.
The first was fine, but the second I saw the mouth chewing I had to turn the volume down🤣
The chewing!!!! 😡🥵
