These raisins look Absolutely gorgeous and I certainly wish we could buy some here in KY! We get CA raisins, and they are really good, but they don't look as unbelievably fantastic like those in this video. We are going to search and see if we can find any of those raisins made from Australian Sultana Grapes like the beautiful ones in this video. Thanks for sharing this with us because it's beyond Amazing!!!!!!

Most large farms are mechanized the rest of us still do it by hand and we still rack dry. vine drying is fast and easy but rack drying gets the best results we normally get 4-5 crown and there protected from the weather all it takes is one good hail and it will strip the vines back to the wire.
