8gpm 3500psi pressure washing trailer setup
Fast forward to year 2024.. how much have you made in these years?
What size trailer is that?
If I may ask not including the trailer and your time for the build what roughly what did you spend on all the equipment for the trailer? I drool when I see them for sale new but I’m a handy guy. That builds / welds. I figure I could save a good amount of money if I build it myself. Being it’s a couple years later is there anything you would change? How’s business overall? Thanks for the video and again, awesome job building the trailer. It looks great
Awesome
Now Leon says he doesn't have to put those Junk AR Roof pumps on the builds. Be careful who you admire.
This is a set up I would like to build
What size is your hose drawing from soap tank?
Brilliant mate, thanks a lot...
Looks good, Now get busy.
Well it’s 2024 how’s it working out?
Nice of you to post this very informative video. Will it be too much to ask you to include the parts list for the novices like me who are motivated to follow in your footsteps?
If you don’t mind me asking, how long can you be off the trigger when you’re using the P 40?
I must admit I am blown away with your build. I am only half way through your video and I'm not sure you should not have started your own trailer building company. Amazing job bro. I am looking to help my son get into this industry, do you think this is still a viable industry? I don't have the cash to fork out to a trailer builder, but would Greatly appreciate your help and advise. Not looking for anything for free, I understand knowledge is power and costly. I have been watching many videos and have found the set up, Your's. Please let me know if you have any objections to following your design and layout. Thank you so much for posting this incredible build. I hope this will help my only son to become a success, in this incredible tuff world.
Very clean setup. Do you still stand by the coment pump? I see the AR45 softwash system everywhere now. Im not sure which one to get. Thanks also I just subscribed. Thanks for sharing 👍
Where would I find the slotted pvc strainers? Or how would I search for them? TIA
That’s an awesome rig!
How many job sites can you perform with that tank .
On the water tank do you use regular water from customers water hose or is it special water to avoid calcium build up . Thanks.
Very clean simple one of the best i seen so far thanks for sharing .If you cant build your own when starting then you dont belong in this business. Buy new built after you build your business
What red line is that coming out the opposite end of the proportioner?
How much was just the pressure washer?
How’s the comment treating you ?
Howdy. Just seeing this video. Awesome work. How did you secure the machine down.
what brand is the water tank
Wow 😍😍😍
Wow! That sucker's pretty! 🤯
This is great man.
Nice build!
18K & I hope it all works out???!!! 😬. Yikes!!!! “Change the channel! Change the channel!!!!” Jk jk. I’m trying to price out everything for myself right now. It’s frightening. Awesome rig!!!!!💪🏽
I am setting up my trailer this is going to help me tremendously. I love your video you went into great detail and it’s going to make my life a lot easier thank you for the video.
How has the wood held up on your trailer? Debating wood vs aluminum
Yeah… this the Cadillac
Damn u went all out
Damn 18k yep can't afford that set up , just curious how did your 2021 season go with that set up?
You still doing pressure washing
11 gpm and 300 psi ,,,,,,,,, 300 psi, am I Missing something here, did you mean to say 3000 thousand ? 1:37
This pump is for soft washing no high pressure needed , it shoots chemicals to wash houses, hope that helps
add a water heater and a trash can cleaning apparatus to the rear end and you could clean trash cans in addition to what you are doing. I see some guys charging $100 for a one time wash on trash cans and if you are already there for the driveway and house its another $100 for 5 minutes. Nice build. I am hopefully doing something similar when I get home from deployment.
Nice rig ty!
Don’t know if you are still active but did you pressure treat your wood to avoid corrosion from the sh?
good set up
im looking to get these gadgets soon one good job away
Why can't I ever get my hoses to look that neat on the real no Matthew hard I try my hose overlaps any advice boss?
How does it pull/ ride. I pull trailers constantly for my construction company. Great looking setup. Just at a glance from my experience looks like you probably get a lot of bounce with your tanks filled. I would assume not enough tongue weight. I would have placed the large tank just in front of the front axle, but still on it. I’ve had to rearrange a couple trailers, because they rode like crap, problem fixed. Just Curious.
Kenny great video learn a lot about plumbing a trailer. just getting started in the pressure washing business I don't have a trailer yet but working on it the hose that feed your chemical will the pressure drop on the reel hose when the chemical is returning back into the chemical tank is it open when you are using the system to soft wash
