My ridgid wd16300 16 gallon wet dry vac. From 2001. With a 12 amp 6.5 peak hp motor swap.

I did a few upgrades. New 12 amp 6.5 peak horsepower motor from the new HD 1800 Ridgid 16 gallon. A new toggle switch. NXT filter cage. New NXT max vacuum accessories. Dual flex locking hose. VF 8000 filter. It is now more powerful than ever before.
My ridgid 12 gallon wet dry vac wd12000 4.25 peak hp. New motor installed. 5.0 peak hp. 1999.

That hose looks powerful with the 20 ft Hose and doesn't sound loud as the Ridgid 4 gallon shop vac
@@darkblood7185 it works great with the 4 gallon craftsman and even better with the 16 gallon craftsman .

The 20ft hose works very nicely with the 16 gallon craftsman. No suction loss noticeable.

@@darkblood7185 yes I agree the Craftsman 20 gallon with cart is similar to the HD 1800 because of the cart. But the HD1800 is a bit more powerful because the tank size is a bit smaller.
@Carlo_1998 yes I agree because more power and bit small I'm always a huge fan with Cart Shop vacs!!
@@darkblood7185 however, the Craftsman 16 gallon and the Ridgid HD1800 16 gallon are equally both powerful. They are head to head powerful.
