Mix the eggs and vanilla together, then add the sugar and mix until it doubles in volume, then add the milk and oil, mix for a few seconds, then add the baking powder to the flour and mix, then divide the ingredients into 2 parts. And add cocoa powder to one part and 1 spoon of flour to the other part, mix and pour into the mold and bake at 165 degrees in an electric oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
