I discovered a cool app for self improvement, it's called Habitica. Basically, you plan your day, add counters that you click when you eat healthy meal, do a workout etc. and for every thing that you did from your schedule you get coins for improving your character in the app (im not sponsored or anything, but it really helped me in self - improvement)
