A short film from our trip to Fairbanks and Arctic Circle in Alaska.
We soaked in 100F water of Chena Hot Springs, did snow mobiling and dog sledding, Crossed the Arctic Circle, and most importantly, got the most amazing view of the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis)!!

I'm looking to make sprouted mung bread. Does it hold together when you slice it? Is the slice suitable for making sandwiches?
This one is not suitable for sandwiches - although I did make kinda open-faced sandwich with this! I would suggest adding 2 cups of corn flour to this recipe to make it suitable for making sandwiches!
