Other videos say hold the buttion for 3-5 seconds after the slide is in or out to synchornize. Who to believe?

2016 Phaeton, my 2 front A/C’s fight each other, it the front one is running first the middle will show way cooler and won’t kick on, if the middle one is running first the front one will read cooler and won’t kick on, iv changed the thermistors several times and does the same, frustrating on hot days, any ideas?

We do that now as well, let off the button as soon as the motor times out, thanks to y'all teaching us that. So many in the Tiffin groups tell you to hold it down after it has completed cycle. You guys are great!

Literally the idiot salesman told me similar to the above comment but coming from the aviation industry I knew that was all wrong and have my Ears Finely Tuned & Calibrated for these situations! Haha

That is very interesting. Because everyone tells you to hold down that button for 5 seconds after the slide is out and they also tell you never let up on that button mid way out. So you are saying what you experience is to let up when the slide is completely out and don’t continue to hold the button. And ofcourse this is just on schwintek slides only not my hydraulic slide.

Cool so you lube the track which you're not supposed to, lube the rollers so they can accumulate dirt faster, and you don't hold the button to allow proper motor syncing. 0/10 tbh

Another thing to check........How old was this bus???

I use the crc lubricant. I have seen the scwintech post, but it is a noticeable improvement. What is important is to use a lubricant that will not hold grit, which, of course is distructive. Most hate the scwintechs, we are just trying to live with them.

Well this is confusing, Swyntech recommends CRC with Teflon, and do you spray the track or not .

How is that fixed?

My side seems to out about about an 1 in than other side. I have tried resync several times and it has no change. Should I do the in and out first to get to them the same. And do resync ?

I cannot for the life of me find a "striping" knife. Where would you go to find one?

Question on the metal channel that you are showing in the video. Did you add that channel or was it originally installed by Tiffin. If you added the channel, how did you secure it to the ceiling? If Tiffin installed it, can you explain how you tightened the channel to correct the sagging condition. Thanks

Gotta love tiffin bay doors. I always use masking tape on the striker if it doesn't shut properly. Shows me where the latch catches the striker. Keep the videos coming. Some will blow up if you keep posting!
