Just keep in mind that having the dagger as an secondary might help you out in the endgame when you feel like everything beats you up. I remember the endboss of the story being actually really tough and the thing is why I preach about the Longbow / Dagger like that is because of two incredibly beautiful broken passive skills the Dagger has and that is the passive that increases your critical hit chance and your critical hit damage. Now do keep in mind that in the beginning the bonus won't be so good but if you combine a leveled up passive of that with critical hit chance bonuses from gear, you can get up easily to 75-85% of critical hits chance. How do I know that so well? If you take a look at your character screen and show more info you see values like "Critical Hit Chance 280" just divide it by a hundred and you got your percentage per hit so 280 = 28% Critical Hit Chance. I hope this advice helps you on your journey man, you can dish out ridiculous amounts of damage if you play your cards right in that game.

Because we've been shoveled this shit for so long it was normalized.

Its not really RNG progression though for 99.99% of the game, getting to end game has a great progression system and its still just as good in end game until you want to make "perfect" builds. You upgrade gear and then if younfind better gear you can take the levels from your old gear and put it into the new gear at a 1 to 1 ratio based on gear xp. The RNG part only comes in at the highest end of end game where you are at roughly 5k power and trying to push to 51k through gear stacking. The reality though is that your free to play character will be able to reach the top 5% power level just by playing, and by learning how to make a good build you will hit the top 3% easily. Getting past that is where having the right gear bonuses matters and youll get a nearly maxed build after a few days just by playing the end game content and PVP events. Its only when trying to eek out that last 1% to 2% of power does RNG creep in with drops, needing the right combo of traits, etc. And you have 3 options. 1.Just accept its not really worth it as balance updates will make your nearly maxed build ALWAYS great. 2. Start spending money like a complete idiot to try and slot machine the perfect combo of traits on your full gear so you can be the "best" for about a month or two like an idiot. 3. Just incrementally increase in power and realize that small scale PVP is entierly about matchup rather than slight gear advantages while larger PVP is more about group coordination than any single player being a minmaxed god. Funny enough they seem to have acknowledged that no life whales and rich youtuber and streamers exist so they priced the ability to win via paying so insanely high that it really allows everyone to have fun paying for free without a subscription while maybe 100 to 200 whales pay for the servers we all get to play on

People expect every MMO to be completely F2P when the market just doesn't allow that anymore.. You either get scammed on a 20 year development game like AoC, or you get a decently good MMO that's got some P2W

@@FishyMango No, we expect the game to be pay to play with all cosmetics being obtainable for free, like WoW used to be. We're sick and tired of being hyped for a new mmo like Lost Ark and then get p2w garbage where you can't compete with credit card abusers in a PvE setting. The only company that can really make a f2p mmo is probably riot, because it would be made in a well beloved established IP that already has an audience and even in that case they have to make money, so they'd 100% sell cosmetics in that case. Or a game like GW2, where there's only box price per expansion you want to play in, like D2 was before bungie took over fully.

@@Sc4ryCherry Quick reminder on WoW Tokens and the new 90$ mount. WoW is indeed P2W as every other MMO. Only in some you feel it more due to non normalized pvp. Or GW2 where you can do currency exchanges, basically like TL, just that your RL currency is directly in player market and not indirectly. TL basically has a similar F2P model like Warframe.

Nothing new.. Every MMO going forward is going to be P2W, that's just the way it is with the current MMO market. It doesn't make a game bad.

for now this is by far the best mmorpg out there, at least there is some sort of owpvp. ill play this, tried all other mmos like bdo, ffxiv, gw2, aion, bns, nw, LA,wow and theya re total crap. especially the OVERWHELMED ffxiv and gw2 for some reason idk why people like those random dungeon simulator game with LITERALLY no purpose on gearing but just to kill a giant rock 2sec faster than you did 2 months ago... REPEAT

I mean I didn't really say at the end that I didn't enjoy my time at all. The game's fun and I hope you'll have a blast with it. For me personally though, the endgame is something that'll be enjoyed by a different kind of people. I hope my overly spicy jokes didn't abhorred you from the game, seems like you already know well enough what to expect in a f2p mmorpg

Glad you asked! I started making content in 2011 and since then been on a creative journey. Well somewhat, you see, I honestly had to learn a lot and been on a small hiatus or two, created new channels out of frustration, yadda yadda yadda all the kip and kaboodle, might be a video worth on itself honestly. But important to know is that I decided to give it a try once more with this channel after I've nearly given up even on myself. Decided for one last time I'd make videos I would enjoy watching myself repeatedly. Well and the result of that is what you can see on my channel now
