Hello, the power supply for the T46U is sold separately and is part # PS5V20000US. The phone also supports power over Ethernet (PoE) which is the recommended way to power it so you could use either a PoE switch or PoE injector to supply power to the phone.

Can you charge the "charging/travel" case by putting on the QI charger? Certain Yealink pictures on their website seems like that is possible but I have one of these and the travel case will only charge if I plug it in,
Hello, the charging case is not chargeable using the QI charger and can only be charged using a USB cable. When the headset is not in the case, there are LED indicator lights on the side that show the battery status of the case. This is how you can tell if the case is charging and also its battery life. Note that if the headset is in the charging case, the LED indicator lights show the status of the headset's battery and not the case's. Let us know if you have any other questions.
