Bass play-through of 'Demiurge' from Meshuggah's 2012 album, 'Koloss' Excuse the glaring error at about 3:12. I'm not used to playing metal.

Bass founder and owner of Roman Winkel's Bass Academy Roman Winkel really shows you how it's done this time with a cover of The Seven by Primus but 50% faster.
Always loved this composition from Frank. The bass line he wrote is fantastic and you played it perfectly 🕺
Great play though and the song is so beautiful
Good job 👍
....this line i remember since i was a Teenager - love "Roxy & Elsewhere".... thanks
one of my favorite songs
The top & the best FZ song ever!
Magnifique et excellent ! Vous êtes le nouveau Tom Fowler !
do you not have the full show?
5:47 that solo was too good
Excellent!
I was there epic show!
Holy cannoli you actually did it
Whoa, easy with the language
Not an easy task, Very well done!
That was not an easy one, good job !
It's 5:15 am in Detroit and that thumping sequence in the beginning and Tosin's arms are sustaining my guitar playing and fitness regimen please never delete this
oh man
Amazing job!!!! Chapeau!
Amazing musicianship!! I 💚🎸
i think they should change the name of this band, as we are actually having animals as political leaders in these times
Sick! Badass shots! I was the guy on your right at that show in to the left of Tosin! They freaking signed my Meinl prototype ride cymbal and said it sounded unique. These guys are getting swole and amazing!!!
Dang. Wish I went to this! I didn't even know! Oh well. Next time!
I hate to say "best" of anything when it comes to musicians because it's all so diverse and there's so many different styles, so technically there isn't really a "best"... but Tosin Abasi... man. He gotta be near the best. Always so unreal.
Sounds like his motorcycle won't start
Los vi en ciudad de México hace un par de años y realmente tocan de lujo, y además les abrieron dos grupos,!
what is that first song? im just getting into this band and they are amazing
Gordian Naught
thank you
Nigerian ,from a culture that has some of the most sophisticated Rhythms on the Planet but choses to use NONE .smh
Wot u talking bout?
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
thank god musicianship is returning - OMG end the autotune non talented rap era please!!!!
I’m curious as to what you think about the new polyphia album
@@floridaboy9641 Meh....... its technically good music but only technically something lost in it . or maybe they are just fine and animals as leaders just has something to them that distances themselves from every one else as far as music and sound scape and sheer talent . its like polyphia is trying while animals as leaders is doing
Also, I didn't know CAFO could be played on a 7 string.
A good couple of the songs on their first record are 7-string songs
By 2025 an AAL show is gonna look like a Mr. Olympia finals. Tosin and Matt put on 5 lbs of muscle every time I see them lmao.
Honestly matt probably ends a tour more jacked then when he started
And Javier is well.. Javier! my man does not get enough love!
💪🦾🎸🤘 can't wait to see what comes next
I don't really go for jacked this or weak that. Been jacked. Got old. What really resonates with me with AAL is the sheer creativity and originality. But yeah, health keeps you on top of your game mentally. Anyway, AAL is world class and Tosin is superb with his melodic and rhythmic instrumentation as are Matt and Javier.
1:09 is that a new guitar shape or is it just the angle? It looks sick
It's an Ernie ball guitar collab with him, not the abasi brand
Yooo I was there this show was mental
Tosin just unstoppable these days
Awesome 👌 👏 thanks 😀
that abasi/ernie ball guitar looks amazing
It was an awesome show! Great spot you had. Thanks for posting.
freaking epic........
🔥🔥🔥
Dat History bass...
Village of the Sun, son.
Cleaner than a fresh ✋🏻🔄🛩
freakin epic.....
Where'd you get that bass?
This is the sound of the universe collapsing upon itself.
You nail the 7/8 parts disgustingly well.
Why thank you~
this is inspirational, also makes me feel like quitting though haha, amazing speed and precision! Bravo
Whoop ya ass Goldberg killed me
Eyyyyyyyyyyyy thata my boi
Wow. Perfect.
