I love airshows and not a pooper but some of these Brisbane C-17 fly overs on UA-cam definitely appear very risky. Some of the flying ungodly close to these high rise buildings made my heart stop, and its had to rattle those unaware. I am from New York so maybe its just our psyche after 9-11 but truthfully just one mistake and I couldn't imagine...

it depends how thick you make the chocolate, but 100 grams will be more than enough - I like to have a little extra just in case ;)

the metal usually is already cold enough so I like to leave it so I get the dripping chocolate effect - that's what makes the interesting shapes. But you can absolutely chill the metal if you want it to set instantly to get the rounded edges ...
