I’m gonna try to make a pov bc one- this playlist deserves one two- this man is criminally underrated. I must warn you though i sometimes struggle with him so be warned. You slam the door of your bedroom shut, you were terrified. You thought demons were just dumb stories that parents made up to scare kids into doing chores or going to sleep. But you had just seen one… he killed your whole family… right in front of you. Your chest tightens as you remember the last faces they made. You felt bad that you couldn’t help them. You had a slash across your stomach, chest, neck, and one from shoulder to finger tips. Your whole body was stinging in pain. If something didn’t happen soon, you would bleed out. You held your bodyweight against the door. Suddenly you hear the sound of metal against metal. Then a crash, then just silence. A male voice calls out “is anyone here alive? I can hear breathing. I promise I won’t hurt you but I want to help and make sure you’re okay.” His voice is soft, soothing almost. “No I’m not okay! Are you insane I just watched my whole family get cut down!” You yell out. You didn’t open the door, for fear he was another demon. You couldn’t see but after you spoke he walked towards the door and knocked. “Please let me in. I promise I’m not here to hurt you. But I see the blood trailing in here. You are bleeding a lot. Please allow me to help” you hear what sounds like beads jingling. “How do I know you aren’t another demon?… *cough*” you cough up blood and your vision goes blurry. “Please I want to help and you don’t sound well. I promise I’m not a demon” he reassures. “Prove it.” *cough cough* “Okay… demons go wild at the smell of human blood… I don’t sound like a rabid beast do I?” His voice still holds that soft voice. “I-I guess not” then you started to have a coughing fit. The cut to your stomach had partially hit your lung. And you fall to the ground. The last thing you hear, and feel. Was him opening the door, picking you up, and running. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When you wake up you’re in the butterfly mansion with a hospital uniform and a heck’s load of bandages. You immediately shoot up and regret it just as fast, because you feel the pain everywhere. “AGH!” You yell. At that a fairly tall man turns back and looks at you, he had black hair, a scar across his forehead, but those weren’t what got you, it was the beads, like the ones you heard that night, and the blind eyes. Was he really blind? There was no doubt it was the man who had saved you in your mind when he walked over and said hello. It was that same soft, kind, voice. “You shouldn’t be up. You will injure yourself further.” He says. “I don’t care, I need to leave.” You try and stand then pain shot up your leg and you would’ve fell, had that man not caught you. He sets you back on the bed. “I told you I’m fine.” You cross your arms and glare. “Yes but had you tried to walk you would’ve opened your wounds, fallen, or both. Please rest.” He says. “Fine… but… will you stay..? I don’t wanna be alone..” you look at the ground. He smiles and nods then sits down on the bed next to you and you two talk for a long time. You learn each others names and how you both got into a those demon situations. And after thirty minutes of begging he agreed to teach you stone breathing. After you finished healing of course. And he got protective. He wouldn’t let you out of bed even a minute before you were fully healed. But after that you learned with him. It was fun and you hadn’t realized you’d begun to develop a liking to him. How cliche, liking the man who saved your life. You knew you just didn’t care. He was kind and caring, also protective and strong. It was nice.

This song happens to help me “realize” the extent of my mental health issues. It describes the endless pit of grief and despair that gripes your mind tight,to the point where you don’t even see a light ahead. There’s no light to be found,so why search for it anyway?

POV: you’re a robot that was supposed to be almost like a human, but you can feel pain like a human which basically makes anything from checking circuits to changing batteries feel like torture. You chose to get your pain receptors switched off, but if you do… all of your muscle memory will be wiped out. moving your body, your head, your face, your mouth… you wake up, and see your brother, you try to say something but you can only mutter like a small child. you try to make a expression, but you can’t move. you realize that you might be staring at the same ceiling for the rest of your life, and you start to wonder what was worse… He tries to comfort you, hug you, say something nice… it makes you feel better, but you can’t smile. you’ll never smile again….
