University degrees are a necessity but not a golden ticket to a job.
Interesting take. A lot of people dont talk about this because they assume they will be married at 22.
Nah man
Your editing and storytelling skills are improving! Soon you’ll surpass mr beast
Appreciated bro 🙏🏻👍
work in construction. You can earn loads of money (you can also lose it), you can get jobs working as a subcontractor for friends, and you can do home improvement projects for a fraction of the price of hiring someone.
Great feedback and I agree
👋👋👋👋
I blame the drunkards.
Me too hahaha.
Hate speech against porn is anti-Semitic. Besides, the adult industry contributes significantly to GDP. We are a capitalist society, damn it. Everything is for sale in it, including sex, and there is nothing wrong with that
Canada is currently collapsing as we speak
What university did you graduate
Canada is currently dangerous cuz of our shitty people
What state or province
Why is everyone tripping out about their work? It’s your friend’s fault he got fired. Why did he stay there 20 years? He should have changed jobs after 5-10 years to remain relevant. Sleeping zombie employees who stay 20 years in the same company should all be fired for being lazy
Yea, I like my work from home cushion job instead of being an electrical bullshit engineer. Do what makes you happy. Don't listen to these youtube clowns. If it worked he wouldn't be on UA-cam looking for additional revenue streams from ads. Bye bye
my experience has been strikingly similar to yours. i've been working in tech for a fortune 50 company for three years after finishing my studies in Compsci and the culture of mentorship, value in workers etc. has disappeared completely from what I know it used to be. We're all vulnerable to having our jobs moved to India -- many at my company already have. I feel extremely replaceable. It's very disheartening.
I am glad you agree. Thanks for sharing John 👍 We need to be mentally, financially prepared because yes we are super replaceable.
Very insightful video.. It is 100% true and a dark reality..
Anyone who stays with the same business for 20 years is hiding away from the real world. Move often and be diverse with your skillset. Deliver great value to each employer that can be measured and put on your cv.
I fully agree mate. I'm an electronics engineer and the company Finance/HR/CEOs are dumb fucks
Trust me, engineers in India are dispensable & most projects last 6-12-18 months max.
Exactly, the level of domain specific knowledge is fairly low in India because of the low retention rates. The more domain specific knowledge is required the worse outcomes outsourcing will have.
Living in Canada, ive found that blue collar jobs, especially trades, can be extremely well paying and their jobs are often very difficult to replicate using robotics because of how physically complex their tasks are. It will take decades for robotics to be able to fullfil the roles of many blue collar jobs in a way that actually saves money.
use automation tech and become a farmer, barter goods with neighboring farms. and boycott companies that are anti human society
why does any corporate drone think they mean anything to the company or anyone among thousands of other faceless average mediocre corporate drones whom only survives because the tsunami of mediocrity and averageness within a corporation disguises their own? the guy who rotted in the corporate swamp should be glad he even got to leech the corporate trough for 2o years before he got rooted out.
The answer to your question is the overuse of political correctness. We suddenly decided that we dont want to hurt people's feelings and that we should shield them from constructive criticism. Altho tbh the 20 year company veteran i talked about was a high performing developer so he doesn't apply here. Its just that you gotta understand sometimes it doesnt matter how much work one can put out if the macroeconomics of the company is bad then your seat is never safe.
Diversify skills. This is the way. Sure it means studying the whole life but its fruitful. See skills like roulette and bet on different colors and combinations that pay off either way. For me, I work as a data analyst and see issues with AI, but since I also know a lot about economics and finance, I can build on that with a CFA which goes well with data science. And since presentation skills are important, I also digg into design, which easily translates to webdesign. Learn sales, rhetorics and storytelling to be capable of managing people and communicate clearly. Develop hobbies to talk to various people. Same with languages. I could go into just data or just finance but no, especially in startups highly diverse skillsets are very valuable and if disruptions come, adaptability is better with knowing different trades
Excellent comment thanks for sharing mate 👍 this is what i am doing myself as well
you don't get it. it's not B players that move companies forward and innovate. An A player that cost 5x a B player will often deliver 10x the value. The only people affected will be B players
No i actually agree mate. But i didn't talk about this in this video. This is definitely a whole other relevant dimension tho.
I choose to become an engineer rather than a highly specialized technician that would by difficult to replace, it's so over bros.
There are security concerns with outsourcing. Government tech roles are definitely not getting outsourced.
But he is talking about high-tech companies not government jobs
The canadian and us government are trying to restrict the movement of high tech into India out of national concern and economic KPIs. But they wont succeed in my estimation tbh. Businesses have a way of getting what they want, one way or the other
I worked for a big tech company, they bring immigrants to the netherlands since we don't have enough nerds here, we had big security shit for a bit when some people working for foreign governments. I think he means stuff like that. also, it is literally a foreign company hired by and making stuff for the US government among many others and even under US government regulation, isn't that outsourcing? hehe
"one way or the other" Lobbying/Bribery.
Correct if I'm wrong with decent proof, however I thought that women got targeted by ads more than men did? No hate by the way
Hey no worries. Honestly its up for debate 👍 But i meant adds in the 1950-1960s
Oh, okay, thank you for specifying. Great video.
get a job!
Watch the video before commenting mate 😂 i have a great job thankfully
Great Video Shamel! I am glad you're enjoying your new job!

❤❤ AUS good time with you 😂

One of the best ways to create social interactions is to volunteer. Work for someone without pay. you will find people who will get along well.
Emotional energy dealers. Economics is all the same once the labels are listed in proper order for comparison. Dorkfish 420 signing out.✌️😎
you have a victim mentality ,it does you no good.
I don't actually buddy. my ethos is keep it real and try to improve with tact and balance.
Yes Sir
Man, im moving to canada soon and this is daunting lol
Nice vid
damn that hit right in the feels. i remember the lonelyness of the covid lockdowns. even as a social person with many friends in the city, not being able to see them and have social interactions was a tough time. i'm glad it's over.
Thanks for sharing your experience !
Been to Canada 🇨🇦 and it was beautiful
👍🙏🏻
As an immigrant, I have a very similar experience in Dunedin, New Zealand. I’m planning to go back to my home country. Thanks for sharing your story!!
Same here after 12y Melbourne 🇦🇺. Its very hard to make friends here compared to Europe.
🙏🏻👍🙏🏻👍
living for about 20 years in Canada...loneliness never goes away in Canada, as people are so unfriendly, and even people from your own culture are so competitive. Everybody is struggling to get a secured job. Some people are lucky who have their family members here and they don't feel isolated. some are lucky to make new friends but not all.
Welcome to my channel and thanks for sharing your experience 👍
I agree 100%. I came to Canada 30 years ago. I am a very social person and making friends is not difficult for me. I can strike a good conversation with anyone. I have tons of friends back home in India. But Canada and Canadian culture and society came as a shock to me. Here are people are not approachable. People don’t easily extend a hand of friendship. Everyone is self centred. They will talk to you, work with you but once the purpose is served, they will disappear. I have tried inviting my office colleagues home for socializing but I have never received a similar reciprocation. In short I find people in Canada very aloof and keep to themselves. In fact, now after living in Canada for 30 years, I too have become somewhat like the Canadians. I have gotten used to loneliness.
@@rajanmurkuteofc your office colleagues would not visit you. Rather they wanna sit alone in their apartments with their dogs and have wine and cry
@@Raihanul-Hoquehahaha there is truth in that but ill tell you what. You cannot be socially pessimistic if you wanna survive mentally in canada. I made friends from my own community, university and through other friends. Generally in cooperate north america people tend to mistrust each others but still there are places where people can be friends. There are many coefficients into this equation so i just wanna keep it real as well and not gas light. Sometimes what ever one doesnt seem to be successful.
So true

Thanks guys, that sounds really interesting...
What is strange is that, like the Americans, they send citizens’ tax money to support a country overseas instead of spending it on improving the lives of their citizens, improving health care, and sheltering the homeless.
We know where the problem lies, the problem is that people buy good cars

Very nice talk guys adiga wey wey, the fact that I know is, not Circassians only but all people around the world, technically speaking Any one can convert to another religion or become atheist , change the citizenship I have two Turkish and Jordanian but I neither feel that I am Arab or Turkish and they may be better than us in morals but that will never change the fact we are different and we will always be different, I have the both countries citizenships and passports , also they can change where they live but no one can change their identity or the blood they have or the place they came from, we are different we are unique and ok with that, I was born Adige and I will die as an Adige, I don’t hate anyone, but I love my nation more than anything, adiga wey wey
Thanks for the positive comment brother 🙏🏻👍 very happy to have you here. I will be posting Circassian content from time to time inshallah.
I mostly agree with you, and that cover shot is priceless.
Thank you for your support :)
