napaka bastos at walang modo ng mga staff at crew dyn... ngayon araw na ito pinag diriwang ang kaarawan ng aking father inlaw dyn sa resto n yan na kung saan 6pm ang start ng pina reserved ng sister inlaw ko... since na galing akong morning shift from 6am to 2pm ay dumiretso na ko dyn sa venue since na sa qc ang work place ko at taga tondo kmi mas minabuti kna lng sa pumunta ng padre faura sa dads world. fast forward sa area.. since n 1st time nmin kumain sa dads. hibdi ako aware sa parking so nag tanong ako sa loob ng dads n kung saan isang babae ang nakausap ko... i ask her about sa pina reserve nmin at kung saan pwd mag park... aagot naman ni mam na sir pwd po kyo mag park sa gilid. then i ask na safe b doon bka pwd po sa taas ng gater kna p lang po iparada para hindi ma tow since we all know na mayat maya ang towing sa manila... pumayag nmn sya so doon na nga ako nag park sa gilid at doon narin nag hintay na family members since ako plng ung tao... during ng pag tambay ko sa labas nasa gilid ko ung mga crew members ng dads world buffet nag tatawanan cla at harap harapan binabastos ung customer nilang pinay na may kasamang asian not sure kung hapon o koreano.. pinag uusapan nila ng malaswa na kung saan offensive o foul word na ang topic about sa couple npatingin nlng ako sakanila pero i felt bad about sa feeling noing girl dahil hindi naman nya deserve na pag usapan o pag bulungan ng ganon bagay in public at halos maririnig mo ung usapan nilang bastos.... after i while binaling na nila ung tingin nila sa motor ko at pilit nila akong pinapa alis kesyo bawal daw mag park doon at magagalit ung maneger nila. sabi ko pumayag ung lady sa loob ng dads at naka reserve naman kmi in 40packs... baka pwd akong pag bigyan... ayaw talaga nilang pumayag at pinapilit ako mag vallet parking na kung saa ay babayaran ko ung kukuha ng motor para ipark sa 2nd floor nila... sabi ko nlng sir d b dapat free n nga ung parkong ninyo since na cuatomer naman kmi... aruganting m sumagot ung naka all black uniform i think guard nila un at sinabing kung ayaw nyong mag vallet mag park nlng kayo sa ibang lugar.... at dahil pagod na ko at wala n sa wisyong makipag talo sa kanila mas pinili kna lang umuwi ng bahay . at matulog ang ending nagaganap ung birthymday ng father inlaw ko sa resto nila ng wala ako at this very moment... add kna rin po sa malungkot na karanasan during ng pakikiusap ko sakanila. may white toyota alfard

My bag was stolen two days ago at Gogi Many Buffet & Korean BBQ & Unlimited on Leviste. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived at 1pm. There were no tables or customers on either side of our booth. As we stood up to pay at around 2.15pm, I realized my bag and all its contents were missing. My 2 other companions and I searched everywhere, but it was obviously gone by then. I was clearly agitated, but what really got my goat was that the store manager seemed to be taking it lightly. I noticed that the restaurant had cctv’s and asked the manager if I could see a recording of the videos. He informed me that while the cctv’s were working, there was no recorded video. At first he said it was broken, but later on I found out that the hard drive had been removed due to another pending court case they had regarding theft. (Which I found ironic since if you already have an ongoing case for theft, why wouldn’t you have a back up hard drive?) The whole time I spoke to the manager, he was smirking and even had the audacity to tell me that I walked in without a bag. When I asked to speak to the owner or at least get her name, he adamantly refused saying that it was confidential. He refused to give me any information or to be of any help so I called the Barangay Tanod. As I waited for their arrival, I also called my lawyer to tell me what my rights were as a customer. My lawyer advised me to take a picture of the business permit which was clearly posted by the side of the door as it it supposed to be displayed to the public. (FYI, the permit is under Yohan Food Industries) When my husband and I started taking pictures, the manager started to get agitated and telling us we were not allowed to do that. As a business owner, even I know that permits are supposed to be placed in public view. He was very rude to my husband and was yelling , “why, are you a lawyer?” When I was the one clearly in touch with MY lawyer. When the Tanods arrived, his demeanor changed and he told them that he was helping us all this time (which was clearly not true). He only cooperated when he saw that the Tanods, MACEA and under the advice of my lawyer, I also had the police called to file a proper blotter and case. It was only when the three agencies showed up that his attitude changed-he was “helpful” (ie, pakitang gilas ) because by this time, I had already spoken to the owner on the phone (who was apologetic after I had told her what my rights were and that the 3 agencies were already at the restaurant). She did alllow us to search the premises, but at this point it was already moot since logically, I knew everything of material value was gone. The Tanods assisted us in searching the premises, but there were too many nooks and crannies to do a thorough search and honestly, after seeing the state of their filthy (and I mean FILTHY) kitchen, we will not only not ever eat there again because of what happened to us, but I do question the sanitation of the place. The entire kitchen floor was wet with water mixed with blood oozing into one drain on the floor. The meat was shoved in freezers and I even saw a knapsack being pulled out of a freezer. How they escaped the sanitation inspection of the local LGU is beyond me. Since I don’t have any proof that my bag was taken by an insider, the point is moot. But beware of eating at establishments that “seemingly” have cctv’s because they’re just there for show and having an ongoing standing court case of theft is never a good sign, paired up with incompetent staff. Sorry for this long post, but I figured it would be helpful for customers like us what are our due rights are when something like this happens. The ridiculousness of having someone throwing a fit and physically blocking having a picture taken of a public business permit is shocking.
