Sanded and prepped body for paint. Used 2k urethane truck bed liner. Sprayed at 80psi. Rolled sound deadening mat on interior floor. 80mil

Having fun with the karts. My day off of work and what better way to spend it then to have fun outside. The RED Kart is a KT 100cc. The WHITE Kart is a Kawasaki 80cc shifter kart. The BLUE Kart is a Predator 212cc.

Picked up this Kart from CL, had a motor laying around and decided to do the build. Removed the governor, ported the head a bit, lapped the valves, Predator 212 non-Hemi ARC 6625 flywheel ARC 6624 rod Dyno Cam CM-CL GRIND CAM VM22 with 130jet Hilliard 12t #35 heavy duty clutch 59t rear sprocket

Riding mower project 4 of 4 : throttle/brake pedal and test drive

Completing the project with a throttle and brake pedal. Installed the brake drum, motor, throttle linkage, battery, body ,belt, fuel take. Test drove and completely disappointed. Oh well. That’s how projects work. Can only make/adjust for changes. Until next time.
Riding mower project 3 of 4: jackshaft

After lowering the rear, I wanted to lower it more. Mounted the rear axel ontop of the frame. Since I got rid of the clutch assembly, i needed to create a cvt style drive system. Made a bracket to hold the jackshaft, pillowblocks, drive gear and drive pulley. Also, took apart the rear differential to get a slot cut out to install the rear drive sprocket.. and changed out the rear gear oil

Balcony Remodel 2

Finishing up on the balcony. Tore apart the dry rot, redid the subfloor, strengthened wall, removed wall that enclosed the balcony and opened up the area. Used Trex Enhance flooring and railing. Used liquid rubber as my water barrier.

What airbox are u running and where did u get it
I have no idea what kind of filter it is. It has a plastic base that fits over the 2hole RLV air box. The air filter is oval, 4” wide, clamped to the plastic base. All I can tell you about it.

Do you think there is a way to install a free float handgaurd and keep the break?
Yes. That’s what I ended up doing.

Looks like a short faux gas tube on near the muzzle
I don’t even have this hand guard on any builds. Didn’t like the clamshell deal. Went with Midwest industries mlok rail for length of barrel

That's the way the way the inside of the differential is supposed to look. Also is you flipped the diff, there would be no reason to do the jackshaft.

Hi! How accurate is the projector mount? What is the difference on the screen in mm. each time when you move the projector?
The projector was mounted solid in the lift unit. No need to reposition after lowering unit.
I"ve owned a 2009 model of that tractor since new.I"ve replaced every part that has ever broke or wore out,basically everything aside from the engine or trans,I"ve been lucky,mine has a Kohler "courage" engine,known as one of Kohlers worst engines,a bucket engine.What is your goal,to build a custom,lowered lawn tractor?To each his own I guess,I"ve never seen one taken apart to that extent as there"s really no need.
Sure it’ll be custom, lowered, but never able to cut grass again. Guess somthing for the kids to ride on. I like/enjoy working with my hands, lettin my brain spin the wheel on how things work, guess it’s tinkering/tweeking at its finest.
Plus, the shifter kart I have, has all the fun. The Manco kart with the predator 212 is a blast too. More the less, if the Kohler motor takes a crap on me, that’ll be somthing I can learn how it works.

I regret buying my 7 and a 1/2 inch 556 upper... The barrel is too short for the round to reach the velocity needed to do what the 556 was designed to do... I should have got a 300 blackout upper but I guess you live in you learn🤷♂️
Could just buy a 300 as well. Just don’t range day with both out. Cuz you’ll find out one of these things don’t fit the other. Then kaboom

Can you make a video on the trigger straightening you did, looks good!
Pretty simple. No video needed. Just put the finger groove/crescent shape part of the trigger in a vise, give it some heat with torch…not too glowy..and apply the pressure/vise.. may have to go slow…easy does it.. once straightened, use a file on the backside of trigger- non finger pad side- and file the casting away. It’s all about the feel. My 6061 days on here are over. Due to communistic directive
