I only watched half however…not that you asked 1. Get yo damn hands out of your pockets!!! 2. Intro on the first slide a bit too long You actually did a good job. Your talking flow was well and the volume of you voice was perfect. But too all over the place. I’d be too distracted but also better than just standing still.

I love the sport and community. I kept hearing "like a religion" today. Strong community and core values: ✅ Belief that only one "tribe" has all the answers (eg to battle chronic disease) --> healthy octogenarians not doing CF would beg to differ. Let's just keep working out, staying healthy, having fun and EVOLVING --> Hyrox and IF3 are growing because they are evolving, not dogmatic Great conversations as always! I’m so confused. Don’t you want to spread the methodology to the widest possible audience. If the methodology only applies to a select few… you’re not doing it right. To want to return to a place where the methodology is only for a select few seems flawed.
