One good 12 volt battery and a couple of 4c lipos in series to power the 24v system. After several attempts I realized the fuel shut was actually in the OFF position. That's all it needed to fire off. Clutch is froze so need to look at that before I can move it.

I parked this thing 8 years ago with a blown head gasket. It had been driven up from Costa Rica and abandoned in Tennessee back in 2011. Watch part 2 to see the attempt to start.

Do you have a modified exhaust? mine don't sound like that

The 40 series diesel oil pressure sender from a 3B / 2H etc should work just fine in the 15B block The gauge makes it look more like an oil pressure switch behaviour?
spun your high pressure PS outlet from the pump 180? Heaps of clearance!
