In this video, I explored some neighborhood ponds in the Winter Garden area in Central Florida. I caught most of my fish at the first pond that I stopped at and only one at a second pond before heading back to the first pond to finish up the day. Yeah, I used to only bring one to the pond hopping missions, but after a while, it is easier to have two rigged and ready to go. Definitely a tip I tell a lot of anglers.

Mind sharing the locations of the spots you caught em? I've gone out a couple times and only got some bites with frogs on lily pads
Absolutely! When we went most of the bites came off of small soft jerkbaits (Zoom Flukes) working them just subsurface. Another time I went I was dragging a carolina rigged worm around some of the deeper fish attractors around the lake. I have found that there is a pretty good bite window most mornings up shallow, then the majority of fish during the later parts of the day are out in the deeper waters near structure.

You should be able to book directly through their website by searching Stuart Cove shark snorkeling Nassau Bahamas.

One more piece of advice, when you are holding a 7 plus pound bass, of which you have caught two, take the mask off your face so everyone knows its you!! I like the opening.
Yeah totally, I for some reason could not find the picture that I took with the mask off, but for sure will change it once I locate where that photo is. Thanks for the advice.

Chase is slaying the fish down under. There is a barramundi lake some where up in central or north Florida, I saw a show with Bill Dance fishing it.
That is really cool! I would say to definitely give it a shot. Barramundi are the hardest fighting fish I have encountered.

Yeah I find mine at Dick's Sporting Goods. Normally they have a wide range of colors and even some of the other sizes that the bait is made in.

The shiners were provided by the guide from Disney. Absolutely, I leave the first week in July for Orientation week and the beginning of the semester. Hopefully gonna get out soon after I arrive to scout out some fishing spots.

Yeah finally found them towards the end of the day. Totally different fishing from a boat than on the bank. We went back out recently and got on a school of fish and it was crazy! Should be in the next video up once I get the editing done.

It was damn windy out at Cornerstone again, I love to lake hop and see how many fish I can catch in different places. I caught my biggest fish at Heritage Park, way back before you were born in 1998, it was 9 pound 8 ounce, no video of course but some nice pics and memories. Great vid Chase.
Thank you! That is a giant!! I did not have any luck at Plantation Heritage Park, but it was just so windy that I thin all the fish were out deep away from the wind and cooler water.

It can be hit or miss there these days so stick to our common spots and you will continue to slay them. I am looking forward to seeing some vids from Australia when you get there. @@1ManOpFishing Davie Golf Course and you can park in the far right hand side of the parking lot and you can fish along the canal and out onto the larger lake area.
@@Fishing_DeJarnett Thanks Chase, I have fished that course in several spots over the years but never had any luck. I never tried fishing the main lake but I might go there today, I live about ten minutes from it. Will let you know.

I love snorkeling I've only been once in Cozumel but the Bahamas look like way more fun!
It was so much fun and there were so many places to go and snorkel. I definitely want to go back and scout out some of the other places.
