I am after stroke, started to crying often without any reason, GP sended me to psychiatry nurse, nurse stated I not need psychiatric care, bla bla not was able to sleep on average slept 4 hours a night GP refused to have me on sleeping pill, now one year on they sending me back to psychiatrist to get mood stabiliser same what schizophrenics and bipolar are treated with, so this is it, In the minute my daughter will found out this , she will disown me, full stop I am done , I never will take meds of such group, Any advice?
