thank you for making this video. i really appreciate your efforts to hepl these poor children. i must add though, for your own security, you shouldn't disclose your own location as precisely as this. i know you're not that big of a youtuber, but i've seen people geolocate top secret locations in ukraine from less, for example just the reflection of the ground in the lens of a camera. of course i don't think you have to fear anything for that, but still, i want you to be safe. it just takes one psychopath at the wrong place at the wrong time to abuse this information you are publishing.

Sometimes it takes awhile in these situations, but I've noticed that "the trash generally takes itself out". These explosions can also happen when people are making hash oil. I agree with you about the adults, and I am praying right now that those kids are in a safe place and that they are allowed to finally be the beautiful human beings that they are meant to be.

Hey Kate. Don't worry to much about a build. If he has a decent builder depending on the size of the house, it should only take 6 months to a year tops. The part that takes up the most time is the permits!!!!

I hear your concerns. I have neighbors from hell ...bought my home 50 years ago. All the older folk passed on....their homes became rentals....and slum lords own one of them. I tried to speak to the landlord so i can put up a fence, but he left before i could catch him.i live in town. I pray your new neighbor is a good one. Peace.

I would suggest getting a cat or two, and put up fake owls and hawks on poles around your property. Also if you have a friend with a cat, this might sound strange but cat litter used that has it'd urine in it, place the litter in a sock, and hang it around the outside of the coup, and in growing season in your garden it helps stop mice, n small critters because they smell the cat urine. One thing I have learned in critter control, plant mint plants around the outside of your house and coup and garden, moles,, groundhogs mice critters that dig under the ground will refuse to dig under the mint once it is established, because it is pungent, strong, most critters hate it, it messes up their nose. I had a type of prairie dog and rats years back when I lived in California, a friend told me about it and i planted it front and back of my place around the exterior of the house and it worked, the critters moved out, they no longer dug around my foundation, I was so surprised but so glad it worked!. I wish you the best!

He's gone. I am so sad. I hate taking him from his home. I hope all of my birds from now on live to their end on my property. The only comfort I have is that he had a good life here.

Hi Katie It's always hard to get rid of the animals we love. Even when it's to freezer camp. Having someone to share the hardships which helps so much!

I hate doing it as well but it's a necessary step. I always feel terrible. I had to put my alpine goat down in May. She was badly injured and the vet couldn't come out so I had to. Now that I've done that, the roosters don't seem AS bad. We should feel yucky about it. If we didn't, there would be something wrong with us. Its easier if you don't name them.

Never fill bad about rehoming or culling a mean Rooster. I have a mixed flock. Afew of these and oooo alot of those lol. I definitely have more birds then a small homestead needs. But,i enjoy them. On a different note. Ive had 2 healthy litters of rabbits born this past week. Im very excited. This was a new project this year. So,far its doing well. Be safe and stay kind

First pic I see is of a trapped animal having to live in dirt enclosure. Not a piece of greenery anywhere. If this is what you use for peace I feel sorry for the poor animal. Sad.

Fires are so scary. Glad you caught this. We have a lot of wildfires up here. So on the rare occasion when someone barbeques up here, I spend a fair amount of time just double checking my nose to make absolutely sure it's just a barbeque. Your hair looks great - good job on the cut.

Awwww you have animals and my fave dog, a german shepherd! Definitely will be watching. Just subscribed ..always wanted to homestead ..and I could see the work involved back then. My husband definitely didn't want that either. ..he didn't want to work for anything back then. ..but I know now that it probably isn't doable with kids unless they're older and helping. ..so maybe in my distant future or some type of hybrid version of homesteading. ... I get it. Enjoy things that make you happy in the moment.....I picked up a bunch of sticks and dead foliage on our property to spray paint white for Christmas...then it will be done. It's not forever but for now it looks pretty and makes me happy.
