Kyle this is some awesome racing! Amazing drive by all 3 of you guys, even though it didn't pan out for you. Love how you split by Sheridan and Jason going into 7. This sure brightened up my morning!

You take a tighter/"shorter" line through a good few of the turns than us in the General, but you also have slightly taller gearing that allows you to use 2nd more to squirt out of corners. Can we have your transmission? The Volvo one doesn't like shifting that fast! Jealous. Good stuff. I feel your joy!

:( had me fooled.. I always have trouble getting a quick 2-3 shift. Was impressed with your speed then the last lap's last 2-3 shift had me jumping out of my seat...nice racing. hope to come out that way sometime

Gearbox going out, 4th year on it after 270k on the street. Few times over the weekend I'd click it into gear and there'd be nothing there, one time getting stuck in 5th.....

perfect 2-3 shifts until it really mattered :(

very nice. Great to see deserving kids get a chance to enjoy the track!! Where did you get the exhaust work done? Was it done in Portland? I'm looking to get the exhaust done but want to go someplace that I can trust. Cheers for the vid!

Every kid I gave a ride to really enjoyed it. It's not as stiff suspension wise as my Spec Miata so it was actually a much smoother ride then most other race cars. Several of my Spec Miata friends went for rides in the B-Spec as well and all were impressed by it. A lot of "I could see myself racing one of these."

What a neat thing to do for the kids. I'm curious as to what the kids thought of a Rio race car? I think it's important for SCCA and B Spec that it is well received by younger generations.

Would love to do this 2 day event at some point. Cool vid

Yes it is! Very bumpy course indeed as you can probably see by my hands. I really enjoy this course as it's really fast and you're on the edge a lot. Thanks for the comment on my driving, this was only my 6th session at the track and I've been working on being smooth and consistent!

I personally think that high horsepower cars that slow you down in the corners and then pull away from you, suck. Nice job.
