Hi folks. You know, I can't tell you haw many times I've heard a song by someone only to find out that the song had been around for years. midnight special is a great example. The first time I ever heard it was by Credence and the song was already 50 years old at that point. It's good to keep these songs going and hopefully you' really enjoy listening to them from another perspective.
I'm just having fun making some videos of some of my favorite music. You'll find a little of everything. Big Band, Pop, Blues and lots more. I started this channel as an outlet for me to have a place to play the music I love to play and to share my videos with folks who might feel the same as me. I don't try to sound like the originals. I just do them my own way.
I also like to create CG images and video and that's where most of my backgrounds come from. Not AI.
Also, I do have a QR code for my virtual tip jar on the community tab just like at a normal gig. Thank you all for watching and listening.

Surfin In The Bluegrass | 2012 My First Full Music Video
I wrote and recorded this back in 2012. It's an instrumental song dedicated to the awesome beauty of the southern states. I don't know why I didn't have this already uploaded. I thought it was already. Anyway this is my first full length and green screen video. It was fun but I've learned a whole lot since then and still learning. © 2012 Dave Young Music

Just my version of the Stevie Ray Vaughan song. All guitar and vocals are me live. I created the music in my studio (NuWest Recording) using midi tracks and VSTI's. Then of coarse the video was created with CGI. I created the background images and effects using 3D software. Doing all of this is kind of a pain for just one person but it is fun to see the final result.
