One of my fave tv shows this was, as well as Love Thy Neighbour, On The Buses, Upstairs & Downstairs, Bless This House, The Avengers, Please Sir, The Fenn Street Gang, Open All Hours, The Liver Birds, Father Dear Father, AND I've just remembered how it was Z Cars theme tune got me into learning how to whistle properly lol Damn! Even tho less channels back then, playing out more, etc, I've just realised I still managed to watch far toooo much! Glad I did my psychology thesis, on brainwashing advertising, as I started to see/understand that it was in everything after doing that. I was questioning b4, how was it, mums and grandmas, were so addicted to Crossroads and Coronation Street (which I really disliked) I'd get told to shut up, be quiet, so I'd go off and read a book, or if we were out and about, it would be drop everything to get home in time for them to watch it, (some form of curfew? 🤔) otherwise they'd almost have a meltdown and be asking friends, neighbours, etc, what they had missed. They were like drug addicts, needing their next fix! And I can assure you, I'm not exaggerating! My mum would turn horrible, if I dared to make any noise during one of her soaps! Well, you certainly stirred up my old memories. Glad I got unhooked, from watching the box years ago. Look forward to you finding more old, episodes like this!

Very interesting, especially the comment about the army and war. My old mum was in the ATS during WW2 and always used to say that they put "jollop" in the tea urns to limit libido. She found out herself when an old hand warned her as she was about to take a cuppa from an urn that had just been "jolloped". My parents generation were as clued up as we are now as most of them ate proper food as youngsters. She also used to go about margarine.......

Traffic Tickets, Parking Fines, Traffic Wardens, Speed cameras etc....! A Police Officer is not qualified to determine that he has jurisdiction and is not qualified to determine if certain acts and statutes apply to you. (But you would never know that by their actions). Police Officers act under presumptions: 1, Presumption that they have jurisdiction, 2, Presumption that their acts apply to you. A red-light camera cannot be a witness. It can't walk into court and testify. Just because I went through the red light it doesn't automatically make the statute apply to me. A speed camera cannot be a witness. It can't grow an arm and write you out a fine. The image it prints shows a stationary car, the piece of paper isn't moving at 48 mph. I'm not advocating to go through red lights and speed cameras, I think they're good things to an extent, but they are being abused for the purpose of revenue raising, and that is not a good thing, especially considering it's all done fraudulently. A Traffic Warden cannot be a witness. They can only testify that you were parked somewhere at a certain time. So what! If they can't testify that they have personal knowledge that all their parking regulations apply to you then who cares...! Remember the council are a corporation that exists only on a piece of paper, that is a fact, they are not the physical land so how can you violate anything by parking there! You are not parked on their property, you can only violate if you are parked on someone's private property, if you are parked in the public, you can't violate any parking regulation. There is no parking regulation the council can write, they are not the physical land, they are a municipal corporation...! A Traffic Warden cannot testify against you, they are not in any way qualified to know if they have jurisdiction and if their parking regulations apply to you personally. So, these are just nuisance things, these people can't just impose a piece of paper upon you and make you pay them money...! If that Traffic Warden had a real claim against someone then that Traffic Warden would have to go to court and file a claim or complaint, attach a summons to it and have it served to me by a process server so that I know exactly who is coming at me and under what authority they are coming at me...! This is known as "due process of law"- a notice and opportunity to defend myself, not just an instant fine or penalty for an alleged breach of some regulation which has never been proven to be applicable to me...! So, to me that little parking ticket is nothing, it's just words, nothing more...! Bill of Rights Act 1689: - "All promises of fines and forfeitures without due process are illegal and void" Bills of Exchange Act 1882: - "There is no recognisable legal means to respond to a demand for payment without a true bill which is based on a pre-existing commercial agreement" Fraud Act 2006: - Insisting or demanding payment without a pre-existing commercial arrangement which is based on presentable fact in the form of a commercial agreement is an act of deception. Payment is a commercial activity. Profiteering through deception is an act of fraud...! The Companies Act 2006: - 44 Execution of documents. (1) Under the law of England and Wales or Northern Ireland a document is executed by a company- (a) By the affixing of its common seal, or (b) By signature in accordance with the following provisions. (2) A document is validly executed by a company if it is signed on behalf of the company- (a) By two authorised signatories, or (b) By a director of the company in the presence of a witness who attests the signature. (3) The following are “authorised signatories” for the purposes of subsection (2)- (a) Every director of the company (b) In the case of a private company with a secretary or a public company, the secretary (or any joint secretary) of the company. (4) A document signed in accordance with subsection (2) and expressed in whatever words, to be executed by the company, has the same effect as if executed under the common seal of the company.” The legal effect of the statute is that documents and deeds must be signed on behalf of the company by a director in the presence of a witness, or by two authorised signatories. Without adherence to these provisions no contracts can be considered duly executed by a company and their terms are therefore legally unenforceable, as was clearly implied when the Court of Appeal endorsed the view of Lewison J in the case of Williams v Redcard Ltd [2011] “For a document to be executed by a company, it must either bear the company’s seal, or it must comply with s.44, In order to take effect as if it had been executed under seal...! Subsection (4) requires that the document must not only be made on behalf of the company by complying with one of the two alternative requirements for signature in s.44 (2): it must also be “expressed, in whatever words, to be executed by the company. That means that the document must purport to have been signed by persons held out as authorised signatories and held out to be signing on the company’s behalf. It must be apparent from the face of the document that the people signing it are doing something more than signing it on the company’s behalf. It must be apparent that they are signing it on the company’s behalf in such a way that the document is to be treated as having been executed “by” the company for the purposes of subsection (4), and not merely by an agent “for” the company.” It is a fact that these men and woman acting as our Public Servants are Fraudsters. This is their Legislation (not ours) and they contravene it every time they apply it. Remember they are the ones who are bound to follow it, so use it against them...!

WTF are the police doing arguing with the public for a civil matter. They are there to make sure that there is no breach of the peace, nothing more nothing less. The cops should stay out of it and stay out of the way until any such breach of the peace occurs. They are inflaming the situation by talking utter nonsense. They should remain totally impartial at all times. These cops are trying to enforce something that they have no power to do.
