fn3-s anthracite was slept on pretty hard imo, mainly since it was a women's release. would agree tho most colors outside of the ub1-s piedmont and this ub10 have been at best ok to terrible.

Does it fit snug even sizing up? I’m a 10.5 in NB, Adidas, and Salomons. Like you said though they only have 10 or 11 available. Afraid of the 11’s feeling like boats because I’m genuine 10.5 US, and 11’s usually run big for me.

I like this shoes, but in high. Adidas released them more times. I have a black & white and this knicks colourway from a different time. Not exactly the same, but both are very cool looking. I use orange shoelace to this and adidas blue to the black

After watching 7-8 of your videos this afternoon, appreciate the depth of knowledge you’ve got on shoe CMF details, and knowledge recall of shoes from the last 10 (now ~15) years. Production values are solid, honest without pomp, and smart snark - sort of like @jerryrigseverything. Your channel deserves wider exposure. (except for that baroque couch in newer vids, less homebrew than the un-ironed sheet backdrop, but clashes with your in-vid clothing & shoe genres) A pretty reasonable % of the specific shoes you’ve reviewed over the last 5 years are ones I’m interested in. In a couple of your vids you mention (what sounds like) a priority for comfort, and this resonates; legit cushioning + smooth internal material feel are musts for me. I haven’t picked up any of the Nike Sacais or MMWs yet, have been deciding which to buy to wear vs which to buy to put in the new shoe room. Your “best of 2020” statement for the grey-white MMW 4s: are those still solid? I was about to buy Road Warriors next, and honestly they look more pure and less likely to have bubbling, chipping etc than the MMW 4 CMF, but your statement “these are the best” gives me pause. I had at least a couple interesting running shoes in the 80s and 90s, and made some artsy proto women’s heels shoes during college, and interviewed at Nike (Beaverton) in early 2000s for a PM role (after moving back to the US from working at Audi HQ in Germany). Fast forward, I went strictly into “splurge only on experiences” for myself for 12-13 years and bought only pedestrian sneaks and boots, then helped friends with their shoe + app startup 7 years ago and got re-acquainted with shoe mfg tech. Only started to get caught up for real on fashion & art since the end of 2022. Have been buying some Hermes shoes etc to get qualified for bags (check), and Balenciaga sneaks (really like the fabric sock 3XLs, Speed 2s are too stiff in the sole), and 2-4 pairs per month of Adidas, Nike, and a tiny number of lux brand shoes. Investment-wise these are all terrible awful choices vs art or Hermes bags, buuuuut can buy a lot of interesting shoes for a fraction of one piece of appreciating art, or one Kelly at retail - and wearing comfy avant-garde shoes no one else has (or has the balls to wear and degrade beyond any resale value) is fun. Most of my first 30 Adidas purchases in the last 18 months have been Boosts Ultraboosts from 2015+ and the few unique 4Ds, and nearly all of the Nikes have been Alphafly and similar runners. Zero Jordans, was never my thing, and 1 pair only of AF1s or SBs - have become too accustomed to soles with a great spring rate. Long comment, wrap with a question: what list of comfy stylish and unique sneaks would you suggest, right now, for a total of <US$3k?

Bought recently a pair from Sizeer. Compared to Adidas Forum, for example, they're much stiffer. They also lack height in the toe box. And you somehow get the feeling they want to slip out of your heel, if you don't lace them tight, because the sole is stiff and they have a low profile at their back side.
