Maharhara reserve was also used to extract ore

Miss you too! ❤

Your wood shed is HUGE! Warren is so good at building stuff!
Yes he is - all designed by him!
Best driving job I've eva had, awesome vid😊
Love love LOVE it! The countryside is stunning. Well done for completing the climb, those views were worth it! How is Amelia? How are you guys?
Yes it was worth it - I did have jelly legs afterwards though! Amelia is doing well she will be 3 months old tomorrow ❤ and we are too - hope you and the gang also all ok ❤
Do they allow to bring a family member as a passenger?
Family or friend. The driver is responsible for the safety and well being of the passenger. Limited PPE is also required while onsite.
Surprising that Bartech sampling is still being used and not Armstrong in tanker testing! Congrats on new baby.
Oh my gosh guys, I bawled my eyes out during your traumatic labour! Thank goodness she was ok, and look how besotted Warren is! This is a beautiful film, thank you so much for sharing your journey with us ❤
So glad you enjoyed it ❤
Well done! How many hours do tanker drivers go in Pahiatua?
2197?
Like the Grumman Avenger Torpedo Bomber sitting in the middle of your little hamlet.Last century thes iconic Pacific theatre planes were stationed at Rotorua,Havelock North ,etc ,for the kids to play on.

This was really cool... please do more...
Check out the 2023 Fonterra Family day video on our channel that was released 2 weeks ago!
The scenery is stunning! Good luck with your baby xxxx
Thank you! Hopefully it won’t be too long until the next video! Xx
Bonjour c'est téophile lefeuvre pour moi c'est oui oui oui oui oui oui oui oui oui
Hurray another video! 😁 That was a fair amount of snow! Were you very high up? After you left there you went up a hill and there was a kind of red bridge - what was that? Hope you're both ok. Merry Christmas 🎄 🎅
Yes the ski field is 2300m above sea level! The red bridge was a rail bridge! We are well, aiming to get the next video out before new year so should be a new one very soon ❤ Merry Christmas to you all too!
@@lifedownunder4408 Looking forwards to that already! <3
I love it. There were some stunning photos of the penguins, absolutely gorgeous. The mini golf looked like fun too xx
Yes we loved the penguins! The mini golf was great fun but I was not good at it 😂 it was a nice day to finish on - hoping to get the next vlog out in a couple of weeks - been very busy
@@lifedownunder4408 You weren't last in the mini golf though, if I read the card right, so well done!
Yippee! A new vlog 😄
Very. Brave going up the tower😮
Yes I did get wobbly legs!!
It looks so amazing! Thank you for sharing it with us x
As soon as you said 'Sky Tower' I knew you'd be soooo high! I wouldn't go up there, you're braver than me ❤
It was very high, i could not stand near the edge much!!
@@lifedownunder4408 I wouldn't have even got in the lift!
Loved watching your video. We are moving over once the wife becomes a qualified teacher. I spent 3 years on farm collection for S J Bargh in the UK. It looks fairly similar but my god does that wag and drag combo look long. I may end up on a transport work visa so this video has helped me to see what equipment is used. Thank you for posting it.
This is only a small truck and trailer. Fonterra has bigger trucks for bulk hauling between sites. There are also big wine tankers. They can gross 58t. We had a sub-contractor on site the other night he could carry more in his trailer than this entire truck and trailer. Also all the very best with your move to New Zealand. Let us know how you get on with the move. We "should" have another family day video soon.
I love butterflies so much! It all looks amazing, you had so much fun!
Hello sister I need job as truck driver
Hello
Hello sir
beautiful video, beautiful country! :)
Yes it is the most beautiful country ❤
Congratulations! What a happy start to your video 🥰
Thank you so much!! ❤
CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Lots of love to you all. 🎉❤
Thank you so much!! ❤
Send us a message when you are free to talk. Would be nice to catch up with you.
Didn't open the tap :)
As it was first pick up he usually makes sure everything is closed first. I also didn't show the strip test back at the factory, a few people noticed that. Next time I will make sure to show a bit more. I had to be very careful what I did show due to privacy. All the same very good spot 🙂 Also as I was filming he really didn't want a spill!
I am truk driver
I would like to work in this fantastic company.
They are a brilliant company to work for. the pay is very competitive and they do look after their drivers.
@@lifedownunder4408 help me work there then 😄😄😄
You can apply for job if you live in New Zealand or Australia 🇦🇺
The scenery! Beautiful. Did you do all that in one day? I was exhausted just watching it.
Yes all in one day! It was a really fun and interesting day out ❤
Oh that food looked delicious
It really is a great place to eat!
He's so cute! I love collies. I hope the cats keep him in his place 😂🥰
They are!
@@lifedownunder4408 🤣🤣
Awwww he's so fluffyyyyy!!! Hope you are all doing well!
We are thank you!
The model railway place looks amazing! So much fun. The views are glorious, no sign of autumn yet. I can't wait for the surprise!
A SURPRISE!?!?!? 🤔😉💕
Sshhhh keep it secret 😂❤
Life~ Like it. you created outstanding , later.
Thank you for your support ❤
Your veg is doing great, some nice well established plants there 🙂 I love seeing your cats too, they look happy 😺 The devastation after the cyclone looks awful, I feel so sorry for those affected, thank goodness you're both ok xxx
Yes we are so lucky so much is growing, hoping to expand more next season! They are very happy and love being outside in the garden running around! We are very lucky we did not get hit hard down here! xx
Wow all those fruits and veg look great! Glad you're ok after the cyclone
Yes we cannot wait to harvest them! We were lucky it was not too bad down here!
Well this is a fascinating vlog! So many questions! How are you so chirpy at 5.30am?? Are the tanker sizes smaller than the tankers over here? Is it more stable to transport liquids in a split load like that? (Actually, watching Warren walk around the trailer, it doesn't look so small!) So a sample is taken from each milk load, but mixed together and then tested for penicillin at the factory. Is there no way for the milk to be tested before it's transferred to the tanker? It just seems a shame for 3 (possibly) good loads to be thrown out because of one penicillin load. The milk looks like froth! Is that all the cream? But then I noticed on the second run the milk was 'flat'. What's the grill around the base of the windscreen for? In case you encounter an escaped cow? When the truck is washed at the end of the shift, are the insides washed too, where the milk goes? Are they washed between runs? So fascinating! I never knew milk was tested for penicillin! Thank you xxx
Ok so a response!! -I had a couple of cups of coffee hence the chirpiness -The tankers are actually bigger and yes it is more stable - he can carry a total of 28,000 litres combined. The trucks have 8 axles rather than 6 like in the UK so the weight is spread more evenly and he can weigh up to 46 tonnes -No way for it to be tested beforehand - the reader machine is at the factory and there are no transportable versions! If the milk has to be thrown away there is compensation to the farmers affected and the offending farmer will have to pay up to Fonterra (usually they have insurance) -The froth is the cream! Some farms have less cream than others, it totally depends on the cows e.g. Jersey cows will have higher cream content -The grill is a stone shield to help prevent cracks on the windscreens since it is a lot of off road driving on gravel roads and farm tracks -The driver must complete a basic clean which is all of the unloader pipes, sample cabinet and floor mats inside the cab. A full hot wash to sterilize inside the cans is done once every 24 hours so it depends on if it falls on your shift (this truck is start of night shift so we did not have to put it on hot wash since we were on day but the night shift driver who took it from us took it down to the bay to do this). The hot wash takes about 20 minutes and they use boiling water and acid to sterilize it. The truck also needs to be hot washed if changing product e.g. milk to cream or if taking RO water or organic milk. Hope that helps! xx
@@lifedownunder4408 Thank you for replying. I get very curious about these things. Some of the farms looked very high up, looking at the clouds covering the landscape. Such beautiful scenery!
@@helenhinds8581yes some were up at a higher altitude and others closer to sea level - a lot of variation in the land here!
Lovely parade, I haven't been to a parade for years! The market afterwards looked lush too
We had great fun!
It's so strange, watching you drive down a Palm tree lined road on a beautiful warm day, to chose a Christmas Tree!!
It is very warm here at the moment whilst you are having snow we are at 25 degrees with some thunderstorms!
Oh wow how cool!!! Merry Christmas ⛄
It's so beautiful. I laughed though, when you were carried across the water and then I realised you were wearing wellies! 🤣
Yes I was! Completely the wrong footwear for hiking 🤣 but it came in handy in the rivers!
Ah super. Not a cloud in the sky, lovely. And great river crossing techniques 🤗
Yes the weather has been amazing here recently! 😊
