I also worked with my longtime friend Steve Williams to chat with rare disease patients during the leadup to Rare Disease Day 2023 on February 28, 2023. Find that playlist and explore all of my work with Steve under the Collaborations tab.

Reena, I wholeheartedly think it's awesome that you become a teacher who's had struggles yourself as you can certainly relate to your students more than someone who never had school struggles in my opinion.

thanks for having me!
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your wonderful project to celebrate Disability Pride Month
Fantastic in so many ways!!
Loved this, I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis about 4 years ago, I met Vanessa through my love of Star Wars, and she has been my champion, she has ha my corner, she has been an invaluable resource on my GP Journey, and I have nothing but love and respect for this fierce woman.
So inspiring coming from so much tragedy. What a woman yet still has to ask for accommodations on a plane since no one can see it and needs to lie down. Needs never met adequately on a plane. I know because I’m her mom. She tried so hard to hide her pain from me. I admire her strength and her dedication
DRG stimulator - the best treatment in my toolbox too. Thanks for sharing your joy in the midst of chronic pain.
🤡
It's nice to enjoy our disability.😅

I love this, Nico and Lara: I want "people outside of our community to know that our lives are incredibly valuable, even if they don't look like everyone else's life"!
Martin, I couldn't be prouder of you! You are such an inspiration! I love how you are sharing your disability joy with the world. From your college graduation, to your job growth and career development at Barnes and Nobles, and your incredible book display, you are demonstrating the wonderful capabilities of disabled people and all we can accomplish. Keep empowering yourself to pursue your dreams and some day I know they will all come true. You are so amazing, my friend and I am happy to support you in any way I can. Wishing you tremendous happiness and success always!

Puneet, it was an honor to hear more about you and to give you this chance to promote the great work you do!
still fight with my dad over why I can't do things. like "you'd be less frustrated with me if u accepted im disabled"
is it like saying "a blond person" instead of 'a person who is blond'? its just a part of u?
Just realized my cat got to make her Zoom debut in this video
