The 'odd' thing about the ground is that the dug-outs are opposite where you are seated. Normally they are beside the main stand but our old main stand was demolished.....but the dug-outs are still in front of where it was. All the trees in the background are on the local golf course. Good vid btw.

Dumbarton have been top of the league for 80/90% of the season and basically lost out on the league title in this match. Not surprised there wasn't much atmosphere in the home end 🤣 4/10 also a bit harsh with the Stadium sitting in the shadow of the famous rock 🪨 Hope you enjoyed your trip though!

This Canadian loved travelling with the Burnley supporters. My son and I watched them in Burnley against Blackpool then went with them to Shrewsbury Town and Wigan. Great times! Up the clarets. Burnley is WONDERFUL!!! This lad will be a professional pundit one day.

I miss Burnley being in the Premier league, I'm not going to lie, but there's loads of brilliant local derbies in the championship. The football seems quicker too? Most of my all time favourite matches I've been on were in the championship or the old division 2. Some of my other favourite matches were in the old 4th division (Today's division 2) going to places like Scarborough, York, Halifax, Carlisle etc. Clubs with no roofs on. Burnley had no roof on the Bee hole before they started making the all seater grounds. Also the championship is the hardest league to get promoted from, most of the sides are so evenly matched, there's not much difference between the top and the bottom. It's going to be a long, hard season, hopefully a successful one 🙏 Good blog by the way lad. 😎👌
