FTX Outlaw Upgrades 1-Metal Parts?
Today I start a series of videos were I replace parts of the Outlaw to make it faster, stronger and better. This is build 1 of upgrades, many more videos to come so stay tuned, subscribe and like.

Great video, have the same issue, it's killed the motor due to the bad esc. They shouldn't sell them with this esc fitted it's only good for the bin.
That is a common thing with this vehicle.I had the same problem.I fitted a traxxas titan 21turn reverse rotation motor and put in a hobbywing 1060 esc which it ran well on.In the end i whent for a fazer ten brushless motor,esc combo.4 pole 3250kv. and now it runs like a dream.It cost seventy pounds in the uk,but well worth it.Only way to fix overheating
ESC low amp replace it it'll be ok
You been running it in reverse all the time you used it...
Your cables to an from the battey are wrong its black to red + red to black You got red to red black to black it's wrong.

It does not help that the outlaw is such a heavy rig, it uses a lot of power to keep this moving which is the main reason for so much heat. Looks like you also had another issue going on though as yes they all get hot but yours is a bit more extreme, I would say you possibly had a bad negative connection possibly.
