No surprise seeing English journalists putting Maradona at no. 2 😂 I really miss his first goal against Belgium, though. It's a magical moment, though strangely overlooked.
I find it hard to believe ITV not showing an engerlish goal to be the best!
not having Maradona's goal as number one, results in a thumbs down!
Maradona's second goal was a bit lucky as he should have been sent off for cheating
22:58
Do ypu people realize that Pele` was 17 when he scored 3 goals on the semi final and 2 on the Final..........what would be with Internet and Social Media........
Maradonna's goal after the 'Hand of god' was an own goal. I don't give a toss what anyone says Butcher OG'
The thing about the Brazilian goal that makes it deserve the number one spot is the fact that it literally had everything you could ever want to see in football
Where is Careca's goal for Brazil vs France in the Quarter Final of the World Cup in 1986? That was a wonderful goal and deserves to be on the list
The english will forever hang on to and exaggerate that Owen goal, which was mostly a dude running fast plus a good shot on target. Even one of the interviewees says he passed 5 or 6 players, when in fact it was just two.
25:06 One of the fastest players i've ever seen.
You'll have to update your list to include Argentina's fantastic team goal in the 2022 final: 5 passes, 4 of them one-timers, with MacAllister's tremendous run to assist di Maria.
I went to the 1970 WC and saw every game Brazil played. Pele's header to the ground, Gerson's long balls and winning goal in the final, Rivelino's free kicks and dribbles, Tostao (the white Pele) involved in every play weaving here and there, Clodoaldo's domination of the midfield - they were tested before the WC and determined to be the lowest ranked on physical training! Gerson smoked, and hated to run. Tostao had just returned from injury. They dismissed their coach and just played for the love of it. Every one of these players was the best in his position in the world. Even players like Ademir Da Guia could not make the team. The goalie was the worst in the WC, so they determined to not allow any shots to go against him by keeping the ball to themselves. However, Piazza and Alberto were the greatest of defenders. The Brazilian league was the greatest league ever. Besides Maradona's goal (which was reproduced exactly by Messi in Barcelona's shirt), Didier Six' and Cambiasso' s goals were my favorite.
Man that Pele assist for Jairzinho against England was ridiculous. So much skill and vision involved. Similar to the one for Carlos Alberto
Lots of debate re: the #1 goal, but no debate on the greatness of the animals-that-rhyme 'Rats scoring against Bats' goal! 13:37
Who made this shit
Can't believe this pricks didn't pick an English goal has number 1 lol
germanic speaking countries and more germanic speaking countries
Who made the shit list lol
Your video sucks no France, spain,Portugal 1 goal from Italy 10 from England 😂
Really a video about best world cup goals and its all about germanic speaking countries ,South America and Africa
Moroccan Mustafa Haji's goal against Scotland and Javier Zanetti goal against England is better than the South African goal.
Totally bias, Where is the Van Pierse Goal against Spain 2014
Klinsmann scored better world cup goals IMO
Just show the goals2
El 2do de Maradona a Inglaterra es lejos el mejor de todos los tiempos !!!!!
A very English selection
UK propaganda on steroids 🤫🤫🤫
I saw like another 50 goals better than these in the world cup
Maradona second goal against England in 1986 was voted the goal of the century. That goal is my all time fav. simply the best
No difference to Saudi Arabia goal, just was Maradona. Carlos Aberto is unique in the context.
@@caravaggio31 The difference is in the quality of the opposition and the level of the stakes.
That one journalist saying 1970 was a great time to be a boy brought me to tears! I was 11 then and there were so many fantastic legends to idolize. Such good memories
What do you expect coming from the english, Maradona was the best goal v england.
Englishmen are ridiculous
Szarmach header against Italy 1974
In fact, there is another world cup goal similar to Borgetti's reverse header. That is Argentina's Claudio Caniggia against Italy in 1990 semi-final. However, Borgetti goal was better.
MIlla's one of the best 50? no way
You don't like Maradona we understand that, but his second goal against England in the 1986 World Cup is the best goal ever.
Waaaaay too many english goals. Pathetic
Charlton's goal shouldn't be that high, it felt like it was there only because all the interviewees are English (save for Strachan but he clearly had nothing to say about it) and this show was made by a Brit production. I can name more than a handful better ones than that. The shot technique was great but otherwise the goal was nothing to shout about, he was hardly under any pressure at all from the moment he began his run. The bias also showed by omitting Ronaldinho's vs England.
Hagi's goal was underrated for sure..... Should be in the top 10
Marco Tardelli vs the Germans, 1982 final. The other goals are for girls. 😅
lots of these goals would now be off side,
And few month later comes Pavard....!
The question is : where is the Zidane penalty goal in final WC 2006? It was wonderful how the ball is deflected to the inner area of goal after hitting the top without waving the net, and it is not easy, everyone seldom to do that.. 🧐
All these magnificient goals yet Van Persie's 'the flying Dutchman' is one that I enjoy rewatching the most.
My compatriot Teófilo Cubillas' goal against Scotland is a beauty.
I was waiting for a Igor Belanov goal against Belgium in 1986…
13:42 Pete and Cheat. There's your answer.
Messi goal in Croatia in word cup #Qatar2022 #Messi
