On the contrary, I like the months of December and January. The weather is pretty cold that time of the year (summers are so freaking hot in India). My evening post work hours usually end up with my books as I am studying part time for my second degree. I love cooking, especially during early morning hours and my meals are a feast with starters, main course, and dessert (yes... I cook that everyday to satisfy my food cravings ahaha). I really enjoy your vlogs and chit chats. They are soothing, simple and pretty relatable. Keep up the good work and hope to see more of your contents on this channel. Thanks😀

I totally agree with your views. Boundaries are super hard to maintain and sometimes begs us to question ourselves "is it right to do so?" I personally am good at maintain my work boundaries till dates (just so that I don't get exploited just for the sake of being polite to refuse). As far as my personal boundary goes, I haven't set them as I never really set them with parents because I never felt the need as our relationship is too friendly and instead of have a strict line, just respecting each other's world while being open enough is great. As far as my social boundaries goes, it has been too rigid over the years and I keep on losing touch with them (I need to find balance between career and social life). I am planning to loosen in a bit so that I get to mingle with more people and get the best qualities out of them into my life. That will enhance me as a person.

Honestly, I had made a resolution for myself to start my 5K running routine this new year which I had to halt midway last year due to my medical condition, but it seems I lack the motivation to pack myself up and get out of the house. I should try pushing myself. And your doggo is so so cute and super energetic. I wish I had 1/10th of the energy he/she has. Absolutely adorable. Again, it's awesome to see how you manage your work and keep some personal time for yourself which honestly, I struggle to maintain😃

READ TOWER OF DAWN AND EMPIRE OF STORMS AT THE SAME TIME! You can look up what chapters to read in tandem. I did this and I highly recommend because both books are happening during the same timeline, and I was able to appreciate Tower of Dawn more💕

We all go through this phase. For me, even right now, too many things are going on/lined up and its so overwhelming. It consumes most of the day (my only comfort being talking to my parents post dinner). Too my interviews for potential college admissions lined up. But, we all need to strive through this. I feel a part of life's purpose is just striving through it. We make new friends, lose a few, change careers, take up new interests and try different experiences. What keeps me motivated is when I look back to the things I did, I will be proud and how it eventually led me to goal/path I wanted to be on.😀😀 Please keep your spirits high Madeline and pushing through!!

Thanks for sharing your goals for this year Madeline!!! I am sure you will definitely tick a minimum 3/5 of them. You’ve officially recruited me into the 'Throne of Glass' fandom! I didn’t think smut was my thing until all my girlfriends couldn't stop talking about it & saying 'Girrrl, just read the 1st book & we'll shut up about it' forever!' But now, I can’t stop talking about it! Wings? Fae? Hot guys? Fae with wings? Just take my money! I love every single one of these books, but I just finished 'Silver Flames' & damn, Nesta? Who knew? I mean I know she had a vibe, but THAT? I am officially torn between 'Wings & Ruin' & 'Silver Flames' as my top fav...so far anyways, but it’s like picking a favorite child ya know? My friends all complained about the smut shortage in the 'Throne of Glass' series, but I’m still here for the battle scenes, the suspense, the heart-pounding action. I was like, ok, hold my wine! So I just ordered the first book, thanks to you for your video, it was just what I needed :)

Also, remember that Sarah J Maas was only 16 when she started writing Throne of Glass. With this in mind, I feel that series, overall is more complete. It starts slower but the characters aren't as washed away. It ended when it should have.

I loved AcOTAR and ACOMAF and I forced myself to read the whole third novella didn’t like it, and DNF ACOSF. Couldn’t stand where the story went I was so disappointed and felt like I could tell the exact moments she got bored of writing Feyre and started to make it about the sisters instead it was so clear what was happening. I absolutely loved the first two though. I’m giving throne of glass a chance now since I bought it and crescent city when I bought ACOMAF all excited 🙃

Very interesting. I think for me it's more about external opinions so for example I'm jealous of my cousin who moved to a foreogn capital to study because I wanted to too and dedcided against it and now I know that my grandparents are more proud of her. So it's not even about wanting what she has but more about feeling secure about how people see me. So I could solve the jealousy either by also movig to a bit city kr whatnot or by accepting myself and not feeling the need to prove myself to others

She started writing it when she was 16 and ended itcwhen she was 30. So supposedly the writing improves alot.

The novel talks about a hired killer who hides her magic in a world where magic and jinn are forbidden and reveals the secrets of her hidden life.

I have finished reading the last series of the novel. It is really wonderful and enjoyable. To be honest, parts 1 and 2 were considered historical, dramatic and romantic, but the rest of the parts were fantasy, magic, fighting and battles. I really loved them. I hope someone recommends a novel like it to me.
