Hmmm its interesting to see that no one is using eye or ear protection but in the automotive industry everyone complains or reminds you to use PPE whenever possible, aviation doesnt seem so rigorous in that sense..
We just completed a 737-800f triple undercarriage change. Swings done today. Start to finish 3 days including walking beam, uplock actuator and uplock mechanism

That's nothing we remove all the gear components including the hblock in a matter of 3 hours prep and install the next day in aboutb4 hours including all ops checks
What about the installation of new one? 😩😩

It's funny we get so used to large planes that a 737 seems rather small compared to a 777 or 747. But you can actually see how big it really is seeing people standing next to the landing gear. Suddenly it doesn't seem so small to me anymore. lol

The equipments & tools that you used here are realy cool stuff. I normaly take the nose gear assy directly on to its transportation stand by hand.

LG changes can be very time consuming - especially when not using our Omni Arm. I have found them difficult to find as well!
