Everything looks fabulous! Lovely line up of ink choices. The Dijon is my favorite ink today. Great nib choice on the Pelikan M605 pen. Their B nibs work great with shading inks. I too, have permanent pairings with favorite inks and pens. Thanks for sharing with your new subscriber! 😊

What is the brand of the "Acadia" sparkly pen with the rose ink? "Little Pen Designs". "Deep Space Delight". How long ago did you get the pen? It is not shown on their web site.

I was surprised how much I liked the 9019 when I first got it and it handles shimmer inks so well. Mine is medium and in the transparent red as well so it will be in my February line up with a pinkish brown ink for a Valentine's Day theme. I don't have any Lennon tool bar inks just yet but I'd like to try sesame oil and this purple rice as well. Hope you're liking your new job!

Your cover is a cover on cover, not a cover for an A6. The cover on covers go over an outer cover. Like the folios.

Many Vinta inks tend to be on the drier side and TWSBİs in general aren't gushers either. But for whatever reason, especially their stub nibs can be quite dry in my experience. Your ink and pen might get on better with different pens and inks 😊 These are such vibrant colour choices 🎉 I love it! Hope you enjoy them all And as everyone else mentioned you need to get the midori A6 cover for your hobo if you intend to use it

I have a total of 9 Jinhao 82s, only 3 writes, and only 1 writes well. i tried to tune the nibs but I broke like 4 of them lol

Beautiful colors this month!! Glad to hear you are feeling better; lots of respiratory stuff going around. If you decide to keep your A6 hobo let me know and I will send you a Midori A6 clear cover that I purchased year and never used. Not using an A6 this year so it's just sitting here.

What you need is the Midori clear A6 cover. As people have explained the Hobonichi cover on cover are bigger bc they are made to go over the cover. I can send you a photo if you want. I have one.

Hobonichi is a little hard to understand their covers. The cover on cover is a cover for the Hobonichi covers that you put the planners in. The Hobonichi HON cover is for the hardcover HONs. The only cover that fits the Hobonichi Techi is the Midori A6 plastic cover. The cover for the full year Cousin is the Midori Codex cover, and the cover that fits the Cousin Avec is the regular Midori A5 plastic cover. I have found that the Vintage inks have pretty big shimmer particles, so I just wait a little bit after I mix the shimmer before inking a pen so I don’t get as much shimmer.

Hi, the "Cover on cover" is to protect the decorative covers. However, there are clear covers for both the A5 and A6 Hobonichi HON planners (i.e. the hard cover planners). I'm not sure if they will fit the regular hobonichi planners perfectly, but they should be close enough. Search for "clear cover for A6 HON". However, Jet Pens seems to be out of stock for that item right now.

The A6 cover you got is a cover on cover that you use to protect the actual hobonichi covers not the planner. That's why it's so much bigger 😊

I know! it seems no matter how hard you try to be careful the ink always gets you! Hopefully it will be gone by tomorrow. I really like this color. Maybe in 2025 I'll try more blues. Love that little grid pad too...I really need to use more ephemera than just stickers and use up more of my stash.

Someone already posted that Quetzalcoatl is an Aztec god. If you compare representations of Quetzalcoatl with pictures of the gorgeous long-tailed Quetzal you can see the inspiration of one to the other.
