Antique Tractor Parade!! 2022 Tedtea Tractor Show
With all that grease in the cylinder it still won't turn because the grease has mass. Will not turn free. Just prepare for a smoke show when it starts.
Replace the porcelain and all that weld Flux with a fine threaded slug. Drill the center and there ya go.
I’m buy 1944 john b tractor engine locked up I’m try fiquire how get engine unstuck
Did you sell that tractor ?
One question does the smoke clears out or it smokes like that forever
Mothers everywhere are going "There; it's broke! Are you happy now?!"
Put antiseize on the threads of that bead breaker, let the oil dry out of the antiseize so it becomes semi solid and semi permanent, so that the antiseize will not come off on your hands and you will have a tool that will last a lifetime. It usually takes a week for antizeize to get firm and become permanent. I use this method on all of my pullers and clamps. Food for thought for those of you who fabricate, the antiseize on C-clamp threads, pipe extension clamp threads and vise grip threads, it keeps any welding spatter from sticking to the acme threads and with the antiseize in place, the antiseize still conducts electricity. Thanks for an informative video. I have been thinking about dropping the money on one of those harbor freight bead breakers, because I can't see spending serious money on something since I am retired and rarely turn wrenches anymore. I was a master journeyman diesel and heavy equipment mechanic for 35 years. Anyway, thanks again for sharing the information
works better with a little soapy water to help it move and those bead breakers don't hold up to impact use or at least my first 2 didn't. I just use a breaker bar
Great job. Looking great.
a cutting disc the 1mm type ones would have been faster and you cut that small ring before you break the porcelain thats what holds it in there
Tarihi değeri olan Traktörleri ve icatları bizlere ve dünyaya tanıttığınız için videoyu ve gösteri yapanları kutlarım. İzmir/TÜRKİYE
At 4:42 could you use a dounut tire for the tractor wagon
The B sounds nice
Get an outside caliber rating on it Mikey you know what I mean measurement is your friend might help balance it
Got one for mowing and land use with the wide steering kit, has more hours on it than an Amish sawmill but she always starts and still works like a champ. Only thing I've had to replace was the carb, belt/hoses and rear tires.
My power steering needs a rebuild on my 830 electric start . Come fix my 830 👨🌾
Is that bead breaker impact rated? The original style of those breakers said no impact use.
Do you have anymore videos or information on this sway? I’m getting ready to do the same to my 77 Scout ii. Just sheared all my ring gear bolts 🤦🏼
Where’s the hydraulic filter located?
Enjoy dude
What gauges are you running?
Bonjour, quel est le numero du carburateur sur Amazon???? Merci
Interesting 🧐. I have a 830 electric start , that I’m changing all the oil . 👨🌾
Grease ZERK not grease JERK
I got our family’s 60 back going. It was slightly stuck. I let it soak in PB blaster and some Marvell and I just put my truck in gear and just the small pull of the truck without throttle got it spinning again. Wasn’t stuck bad. I let it soak in Marvell for about a week spinning by hand to lube up the best it could. Got it started. Smoked like that really bad the first time. Cleared up after the Marvell and stuff was cleared out. Love these old tractors
You ever plan on selling the top?
Duuuuh, tear the fricken engine apart and clean it properly, unseize the rings. Thaat's soome lazy butthead trashpile mechanic techniques. It's doing more damage to the cylinders.
What kind of turbo set up you got
Think itll work on my backhoe Need tire soap
nice work ive got the same saw from auction, runs great, but missing the chain adjustment mechanism. there is an empty channel under the 2 studs off the motor that the bar mounts to. have you found a place to find parts?
If you have a stuck valve, the grease will escape.
Every one can learn with alots of tinkering and Even anyone can learn something new On aney Day
That’s a nice box thanks for the video. I’m going to get one myself soon…
Thanks for giving it life! Now it will be running in 2053! It might even make it to 2100!
can you cut the wire at a angle or bevel to butt up the wire were the ends meet that way it closes the gaps?
Just a FYI if the clutch is stuck the motor wont turn.
Man that’s a nice old girl love the rice and canes on it
👍
Carburetor part number or link page from amazon?
search for 2 stroke generator carburetor, they're all the same just branded different.
How do you plan on getting the grease out of the cylinders? Dumbest solution I ever heard of.
Fuel system is clogged up
Have the series 2 bottom 44 with series 3 top box….had the bottom part few years no problems.
What does this do exactly I’m wanting to buff up my 6.2
From personal experience: I came up with the bright idea to bolt an aluminum plate with a face o-ring and a grease fitting onto the cylinder block of a seized F-head Jeep engine. I pumped it full of grease and felt something give. Upon removing the plate, I saw a gaping hole in the cylinder wall and the piston had not moved. Cylinder walls are thin and weak due the need for water jackets. It took very little force on the grease gun handle to destroy the block.
Tuve uno muy bueno ❤❤❤
Looking forward to the start up.
Brake fluid works to break pistons loose.
Umbrella is no good. Because you can’t stand up & drive 👨🌾
I have my uncle 830 electric start. Great tractor 👨🌾
30 seconds of "review" of the boxes, the rest viewing tools.
Its just running on one cylinder
