    See it's no different than us now thinking that our morals and beliefs are somehow superior to the past and that you know we are so much better than everybody and they're just racist and offensive and all that when that's not true at all in a few years our beliefs and morals and shit are going to seem stupid and ridiculous just like the Victorian seem to us so just remember that we don't know any better than back then

    Was there ANYTHING white people weren't lazy enough to force black people to do for them? Like, "every mother should nurse and care for the children she bore (with exception for illness and such)" was such a crazy idea. Those poor black babies...reminds me of how Cuckoo birds lay their eggs in other birds' nests and hatch first so that the parents end up giving most of the food to the baby Cuckoo instead of their own babies.

    Division division division. Sewing more division across the Internet. They're pist off that Harris lost so they're gonna make our lives divided. More division. Whites were slaves too. Ever hear of the Irish slaves in the Middle ages? Muslims enslaved blacks and whites too! Slavery still occurs in Africa TODAY and it ain't cause of whites. ENOUGH of this divisive rhetoric. Either black people like feeling pist off and reminded of the long ago history that is no longer relevant today even tho they want you to believe it is, it's actually not. Everyone has been a victim at some point. Whites, blacks Asians Muslims Jews, EVERYONE!!! what about the millions of whites that opposed slavery in the North of USA? WHY won't this channel talk about THAT!? Bec it doesn't fit they're divisive narrative. The intent is to divide. Millions of Germans were against the Nazis too. History isn't black and white pardon the expression. White people in France were killed, raped and put into kill camps in France for helping Jews and for other unrational reasons. EVERYONE has suffered.

    @2:06: Wuzu Tien was NOT a concubine. She was the wife of Emperor Tai Zong. Why did you put her in as an example of a concubine who remarried?

    • @johnnythao
      @johnnythao 2 дні тому

      Wu Zetian was most definitely a concubine to Emperor Tang Taizong(Li Shimin), also she was not a big favorite of his either, only earning the title "Meiniang" before his death and than sent to a Buddhist temple to become a nun. Emperor Taizong only had one empress(his legitimate wife) , and that was Empress Zhangsun, the only woman who he truly loved and valued among his haram of concubines. Wu Zetian didn't come into any Real power until she was brought back to the forbidden city by Emperor Tang Gaozong(Li Zhi), son to Tang Taizong, who made her his concubine as well and bestowed the title "Zhaoyi" on to her. From there on she set in motion what we know in history of the things she did to become the only female emperor in China's history.

    • @priscamolotsi
      @priscamolotsi 2 дні тому

      @ I suppose we learn history from different sources. Empress Wuzu Tien started off as a concubine but became Empress Consort after marrying Gaozong. To still call her a concubine after that makes no sense. The definition of a concubine is a woman with whom a man cohabits without being married. Hardly Empress Wuzu Tien, one of the most powerful monarchs in China’s history.

    • @johnnythao
      @johnnythao 2 дні тому

      @@priscamolotsi True. Though "Concubinage" is defined differently in every culture, but for the aristocratic Manchu's of Imperial China, a concubine is considered another wife, because she will refer to the Man as her Husband, but he will only acknowledge her a titled servant, because even though a man is allowed to have as many women as he can afford to take care of, Confucius principals only allow one legitimate wife "Main Wife", the one who he goes through an official wedding ceremony with, and not the one enters the house through the back door(or side door) of the house(it's how concubines join the family). Also it's "Wu Zetian" not "Wuzu Tien". It kept throwing me off, kept thinking of something else, every time I read it. LOL.

    • @priscamolotsi
      @priscamolotsi 2 дні тому

      @ you are correct, Wu Zetian😆. Sorry about that. I am so fascinated with Chinese history. So rich and diverse, and very interesting. In my opinion, all that wonderful history and culture was destroyed in 1966. I have studied and read many books about Chinese history, and I had the privilege of visiting China once, in 2005. I appreciate your correcting me and hope we can have a chance to chat again. Thanks 😊.

    This X-Files episode is about the most sickening and scariest example of incest. “Home” is the second episode of season four of The X-Files and originally aired on October 11, 1996. In the episode, FBI agents Mulder and Scully investigate the discovery of a deformed baby's body in the small town of Home, Pennsylvania. Their search leads them to the Peacocks, a family of inbred farmers who live on an isolated farm and have not left their house in a decade. The episode is a crime, drama, and mystery with a TV-MA rating and is considered by some to be one of the show's most disturbing episodes

I didn't follow those thoughts and married a non family member. My mental health problems and angry issues may be from the second cousins marriage .

    They were castrated by parents who took them to undergo it in order to prevent their voice breaking so they could find or continue paid positions in the opera and Church choirs. It was about income This practice died out and the last castrati died in the 19th century after serving in the Sistine Choir. There is a recording of his singing made on a wax cylinder recording. It was not encouraged by the Church and ended because of social discouragement. What sort of employment or job could a castrated male have in a society that valued marriage, family and children? Various composers such as Handel who was in Rome and then London wrote for castrati such as the very famous and talented Farimelli. Castrati were capable to have sexual relations with women but as is obvious sterile.
