sad isn't it? We were there last week and the beach restoration was happening but we were told Ditch Plains wasn't part of the plan because of the town and it's residents.

go see STUART FOLEY at Air & Speed Surf Shop, Montauk ... tell him ..James Greenbaum recommended. also, you will have to ask around but try to locate local shaper Jimmy Goldberg, he is the best !
I can introduce you to local surf instructors. Next summer, you can make money filming and selling videos to the persons taking surf lessons.
