Well done, great review of Dead Island 2, I agree with every word you say, it's exactly the feeling I had when I played it, it really promises a lot and ends up being a simple game that is quickly forgotten, that will not remain in our memory for any noteworthy or applaudable reason... hello unfortunately it didn't work, i did all you said in the clip. I have the cd version bought in 2008, and now i have Win 10 , geforce Ti 3070 if it helps. The .exe is launched for my task manager, but nothing appears on my screen. thanks a lot for helping !

6:20 for me only 2 balls spawn...I defeat the one with "feet" first as described and I get the message that I failed to cleanse the lantern (or something like that) after which the boss does his ultimate attack...even if I V out of it, he keeps doing it until I'm dead with me unable to use tornadoes again to attempt to repeat the phase...good game, fuck it

Could respect this opinion until.... Saw you in the comments calling trans people "transvestites" and calling Catalyst a male. If nobody ever said it was a trans woman, you'd be skipping along saying "she" and be perfectly fine with her. I understand the agitation over continuous amounts of LGBTQ+ in media, but the reason its actively being added is because it went from not being there at all, to an influx. Case and point, if it'd been gradual, everyone would b1tch about it being a slow process or "its slowly taking over!!!" And because it's been rapid, everyone is b1tching about the constant additions. A bit of fact checking here as someone who's played since season 2- there were stories added to characters gradually, the main gameplay has no plot aside from map changes, but each character has individually been added stories to. Hence, map changes, different voice lines (the Revenant glitching voice lines and head issue, i.e), or when Ash was put together and had a tied in story with Pathfinder and Horizon. Making sexuality part of this is not an issue and the fact it presses you so much is.... Very telling. To biggyback off that, I'm someone who leans moderate (independent) and has grievances with both sides so like I said, understand the frustration but dont align with it. A common thing most people like you (based off my own viewing of people who complain about this) is that they constantly will bring up lack of representatives for everyone and how its only LGBTQ who's added. In what world would someone with a disability be in a fighting game similar to the hunger games irl? None, and everyone understands that. That doesn't negate the fact that a gay person can very easily be in the hunger games (as if it were an irl event). You seem to argue a lot that one particular group will always be left out- so ig everyone should just make white straight males for EVERYTHING. This completely negates the point of character creation. Gaz in the MWII remake sparked controversial takes because he was made black. Everyone focused on this instead of simply wondering: Why CANT he be black? Whats the issue with his new character being a different race with a new VA?? They didn't have to change Soap's haircut, but did, and what's the issue? You people always complain about us being hypersensitive yet made a 8 and a half minute long video bashing a video game over... Voice lines and gays 😭. There's no agenda, I have severely Christian friends who play this and just ignore it because who cares?? Get it together, for real. Couldn’t give two nuts about the writing or story in most games. I can skip every word of dialogue and enjoy them no less. Videogame writing is poor to average 95% of the time. Don’t look to games for good writing, get it from books and film. For me its about the gameplay, immersion, visuals, sound, score, etc. And playing this in VR elevates it. It’s an amazing experience to be inside the game instead of watching it on a screen.

Not a big deal, but its worth mentioning (since you are already run devx) all hotkeys can be remapped. Regarding magic in d1 - some can be affected by items which + spell level (like aa's staff, TC, or Naj's Armor), some per magic point, and some by class level. Most use some combination of the three, so the best gameplay from spells and gear will change depending on what you have access to during your playthrough (EX: Fb benefits from +skill items, CL benefits from high class level, all benefit from higher mag and class levels for %to hit, etc. Check Diablo-Archive or Jarluf's Guide for a complete list). Lastly, mana recharge staff is the starter weap in Hellfire only, and that ability doesn't appear in base game. Super busted with mana shield, and I totally get why you'd keep that staff through normal at least. Thanks for the vid!
