Apologies for not responding, Location should be in Nessus, at Hallows. You'll have to travel at watcher's grave. It is somewhere at the Disrupt Vex Construction public event (you'll pass through it) and head on the trail where you'll end up in Glade of Echoes. You'll see the big cylindrical hole from above (where a high value target usually spawns). Before the said hole is the fallen spawn door. (you'll have to wait for a bit for the fallen to come out)

for everyone wondering where this is, its on nessus in the hallows right in front of the entrance you'll find a spawn door, that's the one he is farming. every once in a while, there is a continuous flow of fallen that spawns if you kill them quickly enough you'll farm your orbs. Keep in mind, you can wait quite a long moment before the fallen spawns... speaking from experience lmao

You could also just do grasp at the entrance lol
