    This video was a great walk through! I just got my 2025 Ski-Doo Renegade Enduro 900 Turbo Gen 5 and can't wait until the snow flies. Thanks

    I’d get the $50 SDoo handlebar pad mounted on there pretty quick.

    I change my air ride setting on the fly all the time...but both my Enduros are 2016 and 2019 and the control is easier to do while on the fly. 10,600+ on one sled and 8,200+ on the other one.

    Great job on this video. You're the only guy on the internet that has done a thorough walk around. Awesome sled. I want one.

      Thanks, Those are part of the MyQ remote garage door openers. They sense if the door is open or closed so the status can be shown.

    Nice video I have had 3 Arctic Cat 4 stroke 1 Suzuki and 2 with the Yamaha motor. I bought a 23 enduro, for me the difference in the sleds I think the Arctic cat handles just a tad better but the ride with the r motion x skid is superb.

    Nice vid! Answered all my questions. My wife has the 23 Enduro and I'm picking up my 24 Enduro this week. Now we could use some snow :)

    Phil what part number is the spare belt. Dealer gives me different number than BRP website. BRP says a 558?

    • @NorthernPhil
      @NorthernPhil 11 місяців тому

      I think I ran into the same situation as you. My dealer originally had 571 on order and I requested it to be changed to 558 as that’s what the BRP website indicated. When I picked up the sled I asked about the difference and he said both will work however the 571 is a more durable belt. I stayed with the 558 just to match brp’s recommendation.

    Nice video Phil this gives me a sneak peak for my new sled. Same sled as yours except I went with the 900 TurboR for a little extra fun. I’ll pick it up next week. Let’s hope for snow.

    Great video Phil, I ordered one exactly like yours and I've been hunting for pics, videos, etc. and like you said there's very little on these ones, thanks again. Love the sound of that engine it too!

    Couple things; 1)The 900 turbo is 150 hp I believe. 2)I have a 2018 blizzard with the TS skis, I typically rode with them in middle position. Turning up or down2 clicks for harder or softer conditions. 3) congratulations on buying a ski Doo, I very nice model at that. Welcome to the club.

    • @NorthernPhil
      @NorthernPhil 11 місяців тому

      They changed the turbo lineup a couple years ago, currently the regular turbo is 130hp and the turbo r is 180hp. They stopped the 150hp version when they introduced the ‘r’. I’ll start out in the middle with the tx ski and adjust from there. I’m expecting it to be similar to your experience. Lastly, that’s for the welcoming

    I have a 900 ace and never once thought I should get ice scratchers. It never goes past 65-68 even on the most hard packed stuff. Then it runs around 62 in fresh snow. And that's completely un-studed, so you should run even cooler. Overheat warning isn't until 90, so there's no danger of that happening.

    • @jasonbrushett2005
      @jasonbrushett2005 11 місяців тому

      My wife and I always run scratchers, much easier on the hyfax as well in hard conditions. Our 900ace sleds both overheated first trip out after a hard freeze up,both studded as well.Now scratchers down, never an issue

    • @shperax
      @shperax 11 місяців тому

      @@jasonbrushett2005 Wow, thats crazy. I ride nearly every day 4000+ per year and I've never come close to an overheat. Are you knocking out your tunnel slush damns? Gen4 are famous for those.

    • @plymcousa3002
      @plymcousa3002 11 місяців тому

      Scratchers aren’t just for cooling. They also help lubricate the skid. In low snow and frozen conditions you can wear, damage and even melt your hyrax and drive cog.

    I would advise you to take the adjuster tools off your belt cover. Clutches have a tendency to of eating them . Even if you think there in holder good. Put them in glove box. Handle bar switch gear is garbage compared to the Gen4 (old switch gear) like you said, yoh can’t adjust hand/thumbed warmers separately. That’s a big no no. I’m surprised you didn’t go with the E-linq. You get rid of a cord. Other than that , really good video. Well done .

    Adjustable windshield is 240$. Nice video. I doubt I would ever adjust carbides all the way down. Is there enough cable to put a higher handle bar riser on? Motor sounds good.❤
