On the food while their partner airline generally scores better KLM is generally good, although portion size can be small. To be fair like other reviewers you should have shown the choices (usually four) dishes that were on the menu. You also left out any idea of the drinks available.

Sorry your food experience wasn’t great. Airlines tend to struggle with special meals. If you can live with vegetarian options instead of Vegan, then you’ll get a higher quality vegetarian option on the menu for the flight
