Good Morning! To create the brush, click mask, click brush, and in that develop module, you will see the word custom at the top, once you move the sliders to create, scroll down to the bottom of that list where the word custom was and at the very bottom you will see the words "create new preset", click that, name it and then it will appear in your brush list from here on out. :) Eyedropper, watch my skin video as it goes into more detail as to why you use the eyedropper. The eyedropper, in short, is to begin to adjust white balance, which affect skin tones. The skin tone numbers are from an incredibly deep and lengthy class I took on skin tones. You can use the one click buttons on the left side when you are in the develop mode OR you can make a brush that is very specific. I have a video on making brushes and I believe I cover the "eye pop" brush. You can use the same brush on people and dogs. And, if you need to adjust individually, you can do that too. hope that helps!
