Переглядів 16 тис.2 роки тому
Welcome back to my second video! I have been working as an emergency veterinary technician for more than a year now and I am really excited to share my experience with you all! Working in a fast-paced ER hospital can definitely be challenging but I truly believe there is no better place to gain valuable hands-on experiences in the vet field. The pandemic has caused a surge in the demand for vet...

I'm a junior in high school and wanna be a vet. I want to get books that will help me and give me an advantage for when I start vet school
Thank you! I’m still young and I aspire to be a small animal veterinarian, so I have been researching!
Thank you for what you do.
ACO here! This is my guilty pleasure! Who needs human ER vlogs and confidentiality/HIPPA, when you can see vet ER vlogs and the patients!
You are an angel! Thank you for helping these sweet little guys! Is the bunny going to be okay?
Give me a full day of surgeries and let me do the anesthesia...I'm happy.
Is owner allowed film pets? Or you need take those signs for that?
How many days do vet tech work and how many hrs
At my clinic we work 4 days a week 40 hours total
How often will you be posting 🥺 we need more! I’m a vet student at Uga. First year and I started working in ECC ICU. I’d love to keep seeing how I can help the techs when I’m there!
I’m only in 9th grade, but I REALLY want to be a vet when I’m older. I love animals so much and want to help them. Is there anything that I can do to start kind of learning about vet school already?
The animals are the best in the world! i love them
you can tell he's a real ECC tech because of his wide-open, bloodshot eyes, and the way his facial expressions resemble those of a Vietnam war veteran in a meth-fueled flashback to unspeakable and Ungodly Times..... and he's just sitting in his car waiting for his shift to start. lmao Much respect-- I'm working towards getting my letters and breaking into an ECC setting myself!
LVT here. Just ordered Tell Me Where It Hurts and can’t wait to read it!
God Bless!!!
I love this video ! The rabbit with the broken spine broke me 💔

“Best cat of the day because it didn’t try to kill me.” Best observation ever (vet of 30 years here). Also, you have a really nice voice. Very ASMR. I bet clients respond to you well!
I thought emergency vet tech worked only night shift.
I read Tell Me Where It Hurts when I was a 2nd year in vet school. I remember the fascination and wonder I had as a student about to go into my clinical years after I read that book. I remember trying to predict what diagnoses and treatments where gonna happen as I read it too. Very happy to have read it at that stage of my vet journey.
Love your channel! I’m starting as a vet assistant! Any advice 🐶

Thank you so much for the video you really motivated me. I have read first one and it was amazing, now i will definitely read all of them.
I wish caring for animals paid well enough to make the schooling worth it, if it did I would leave human medicine in a heartbeat!
hmmm my mother is a nurse & im thinking abt geting an AA in nursing as well for backup or something to do on the side for extra income???
Brand new to your channel but definitely looking forward to seeing more videos from you.
please make more videos
Is so nice to see a Vet-Tech in his daily work, the carrier of care animals is so rewarding, beautiful because you have the opportunity to take care of animals because you took this path for the love of animals, and that is something that Veterinarian, Veterinary Assistance, Vet-tech, etc have to remember always !! Take care of the animals with your best.

New subscriber , can you do a video on your notes? Do you learn how to do this in school ? Thanks ☺️👍
I’m a new subscriber! I love you energy, I love your passion of working with animals ❤️ would love to see more content from you!
hello! I love your channel and I'm really excited to see more content and to see the channel grow!! Also, How did you become a vet tech? And what type of experience is required for the job? I am starting my freshman year of college this fall and I want to find different ways of getting exposure to vet med!
Hey I appreciate the support! I became a vet tech after my junior year of college when I was hired to work as an internal medicine technician. I recommend that most people try to gain exposure in general practices and/or emergency medicine to see what the day to day work experience is like. Lots of emergency hospitals are really struggling with staffing so even if you have no experience there are many hospitals that would be willing to train you!
Thank you! I’m still young and I aspire to be a small animal veterinarian, so I have been researching!
You're pretty cool 🙂
Awesome video Dom!! So proud of you!! Love the cameo with Macie
Lovvvvvvve this, cheers from Argentina!!
Keep up the great work!!!
Loved this video!! In school for vet tech as well!!
Update? How’s it going? I want to become a vet tech and help animals. I would love to know your opinion
@@novaaa5663 I am currently in semester 2 of a popular vet tech online program! There are in person vet tech college programs across the states as well but the online route is what works way better for me. As for the actual material, it’s not bad at all. Im reluctant to use the word easy but it’s way more enjoyable and manageable than I thought it would be! Vet tech has always been my dream job so if you can see yourself loving the job, school is 100% worth it imo!!
im veterinar
hii good vlog
Congratulations!!!
