Some of them are downright disappointingly pathetic. Add to that they're now taking some of their standard pieces & cutting them in half, a "9-piece pack" is really only the same amount of chicken you used to get in a 5-piece pack. And what is their obsession with odd numbers? How do you share 5 pieces between 2 people without a fight / guilt trip over who gets the last piece?

Ya this not all at the tabsco plant that a different place grinding the peppers.tabasco never dries em first they are ground and then barrel aged.
