very sorry to respond late 1st answer: its awesome....but i struggled during initial days post-purchase for these reasons: 1: i was amateur: no idea about gear combinations 2: not having much stamina in legs as well as in breathing once u become adjusted... climbs becomes faster & ur respiration 2nd Answer: not tested at deep-short potholes(can bend/t rims), but rode over large bumps, multi-bumps, & wider pot-holes (so wide that no major impact in rims)

well thanks for opting TREK... u gonna love it as i do!!! coming to your concerns: 1) single speed: No front Derailers . These are easy to operate as no gear combinations present. You can adjust gears according to your requirement( either speed/ casual). Only Back derailers. 2) 3by/2by( Front Derailers): More gearing options, could be complex to shift/adjust only during 1st week. Examples: For Uphill to go uphill we need more torque than speed thats why car/bikes we try to keep the low gears , same with bicycles : low gear=higher torque For downhill/plains(road type): we put the highest gear avaible for top-speeds ( this is where the more gears comes handy)

@@streetxlens So Trek DS 2 with has two gears in the front will be more faster on the road than DS 3 which has 1 gear in the front ? Im 175cm and I opted for Medium size in my order. Did I do the right thing ? After your kind revert I'm confident in my decision for TREK DS

@@vikramsinghdange4955 I don't think uphill climb or anywhere to go depends on 1x 2x or 3x. 1x system is an advance and pricy technology and required 42-50 teeth in rear largest gear. Higher teeth in largest gear makes the gear ratio more than enough to climb uphills. 3x system is complex to use in real-time situation. Go for Shimano Alivio or deore at that price point. Go for 1x system if budget allows you. Polygon heist gives nice options too🤝

4 me a smart-watch is which can be replace your smart-phone... so apple-watch does that from apps to recieve calls to send text to open webiste in watch

i love both of them.... apple has features like fall detection which has saved many lifes + counting.... i did personally expericed one after bike crash

@@streetxlens that’s exactly what I’m saying. t on the Apple Watch, call people to save you and you think it's great. the gpr-b1000 is made for self-rescue. you compare a smartwatch that doesn't last 2 days in the forest or the jungle with a personal survival instrument.

OverDoze OD u got it wrong.... Apple Watch automatic calls people listed in emergency contact as well as nearest hospital with respect to location (I will not make any calls .... Siri automatically does it if people don’t move after 5 secs of fall) .... GPR will make you out of extreme conditions only if “we” are in our senses to use it whereas in Apple Watch (series 4 & above) even if we have lost our senses the watch itself can be used for our rescue (battery good enough to last around 36 hrs which is enough time to get rescued, even when the no cell tower , phone is dead, any other iPhone wil able to see the location)

again after a fall you break yourself or not the apple watch is dead for sure!!! I guess it will first send allert to Apple care to get repaired😂😂😂
