Here’s a quick summary. No

The reason why Korra was still able to use airbending was because she hadn't unlocked her airbending chakra/chi or something (i dont know its been a bit) BEFORE amon took away her bending. You can't lock something thats already locked, so it was available at her disposal. And to give her credit, Korra has FAR worse enemies than Aang did, and even THEN, Aang needed help from his crew, which we can see in the final fight with Ozai, or the numerous fights with Azula. Korra had to fight Kuvira's giant mech, Zaheer, oh yeah, VAATU, the SECOND strongest being in the entire FRANCHISE, who was FUSED with one of the top 10 strongest water benders. Cut the girl some slack

Keep writing in your diary crying that Korra is the worst Avatar ever. But no Avatar has ever had enemies as powerful as Korra. And just like Korra, they had some help. Korra has made choices that have had unexpected consequences. The greatest of which was the breaking of the Avatar circle. Yes, maybe she should have easily sacrificed the soul of a small child like the heartless Kyoshi, but the ethical thing to do was to save the child. That's how it is in real life, not everything ends in a rosy ending. However, once Raava is healed, past Avatar circles can be reconnected. In conclusion, I must say that Korra has improved a lot and her power can only be compared to Kyoshi. Because Korra has learned from the best masters, don't forget that. 😂

1 I doubt the lightning did that much to him and she wasn't surprised by this like she was when she fought tarlock, plus it's still blood bending and is hard to break out of if token by surprise 2. She does NOT have ten thousand years of experience if she did she would've ONE SHOT unalock easy, she had ACCESS to ten thousand years of experience and with the raava thing she was weak from getting a spirit that kept balance in her body and that spirit that was connected to her was being killed and she seemed to be getting hurt by it as well so it's safe to assume she was feeling pain as well 3 she was technically fighting a 2v1 because she was also fighting the poison that the red lotus put in her body(the one that was specifically made to kill THE LITERAL AVATAR) weakening her and causing her to get hurt and she was beating him and if it weren't for the poison she would've beaten him, plus the reason she was worse than Zaheer after the fight was again THE POISON THAT WAS MADE TO SPECIFICALLY KILL THE AVATAR 4 she lost to kuvira because of the trauma she suffered from Zaheer(and the fact that she hasn't been in a real fight for almost 3 years) she was winning at first when going into the avatar state and would've won if it wasn't for her trauma

Lol, people really do try desperately to hate Korra. She accomplished more than the vast majority of Avatars in their lifetime. Aang didn't give her the Avatar State. Kuvira is not a "regular degular" earth bender, she's literally one of the most proficient metal benders we've ever seen, and she was going through ptsd (not to mention she wasn't even in her prime considering what happened). Aang also lost when in the Avatar State. In fact, he got shot full of lightning by Azula *and died* and would have stopped the cycle of Katara didn't bring him back. She had to battle enemies that were some of the most dangerous people in the franchise. People are so quick to try and downplay what she did to push this argument. 😂

If Amon appeared in Book 1, No amount of Plot armour could have saved Aang, not even his Avatars State crutch.

Losing the avatar connections is a interesting decision, it was definitely a crutch, only reason worked well before was due how rarely and sparingly Aang used the avatar state due to his cautious an pacifist nature and didn't master it till end.

Kuvira is the 3rd best earthbender combatant after Toph and Bumi.

I dont think you understand how powerful all the enemies were in lok. Aang had to fight a mid enemy. While korra had to fight a bloodbender which he can take bending away. I doubt he has to actually touch the forehead. he just did it so people doesnt think he was bloodbending. anyways, when toph said she was the worst. thats because she still had poison. I doubt any avatar can survive that long of poison and that much and at the same time, go through a sly and quick airbender, i get it he was a airbender for like 1 month or smthing but he was known as a very scary person and was already powerful without bending. and no one couldve beaten unavaatu. im sorry but he was too powerful
