I have a couple of vintage watches, both Seikos. I have an orange UFO I got recently, and I have my father's Bellmatic that he gave me over 40 years ago. Both were made in the early 70s. I love them both.

I like Stauer, they are fun brand, the Dashtronic is so cool looking and have you've seen their Copernicus open Heart automatic with the Suna nd Moon phase? It's a looker especially for only a $150 These are great entry level into the hobby watches.

Wow NAWS mate thanks for a great video looking at vintage watches. You're right all watches now are diver watches and nobody seems to collect vintage! Very perceptive and mature for a youngster! Some great bargains, 'bang for your buck': that Bulova for 25 bucks is incredible - and I'm glad it still 'breaths excellence'! My pick is your Omega Deville, I think that would be my first vintage watch if I were to follow you down that old path! I also like the, a bit different, Girard Perregaux it has a great two colour dial that is split into quadrants. Anyway buddy: please don't actually 'deep dive' with these watches on! And lovely to see the cat looking so cosy and happy!

so you're supposed to find the moon phase for that day and adjust it? What if you take it off for a week? You have to look up the phase again and adjust? So, it would be accurate for 128 years assuming you keep it wound or is there something I'm missing?

This is not a calculator watch….it is a Databank!!!! So not a “CA” (ca-53) but a “DBC” (dbc-600). How on earth can you get this wrong?!

The only thing that is not good is the support. Furthermore it is a really cool watch design, congrats on your purchase.
