An evening visit to the Kelpies in Helix Park. The world's largest equine sculptures guard the eastern end of the Forth and Clyde Canal at Grangemouth. Created by Andy. Scott in 2013 they celebrate the impact of the heavy horse on the industrial past of the canal and Scotland. The Kelpies are modelled on Baron and Duke, two horses that were based in Pollok Country Park in Glasgow.

Temple of the Four Winds, Castle Howard, Yorkshire. Was hoping to get some more footage here. However, a couple of Typhoons came though fairly low so I cut my flight shorter than I would have liked.

The spectacular and long awaited Stockingfield Bridge on the Forth & Clyde Canal in Maryhill, Glasgow. The this junction on the canal the branch continues towards Spier's Wharf and the main route makes its way towards the sea lock near Falkirk. A flight around Pacific Quay, Glasgow. Conditions were pretty windy so I couldn't collect as much footage as I'd have liked. The wind meant that I burned through my batteries very quickly

Norfolk Court Demolition - Stop Motion
Brilliant flight Alan. It's a great place to fly. You've captured it brilliantly 👏
Timelless castle of timelless people lifes in that historical place. Memories of historical moments.
Great footage mate is there any chance you can do the same when the Renfrew bridge opens?
@@GlaswegianRocker88 I’ll put in an application. The Yoker - Renfrew Bridge is inside the Glasgow Airport FRZ
What a stunning location! and made more dramatic with the autumnal colours. Awesome video thanks for sharing. 👍
It's the death nell of many such historical places when they convert them into care homes, or, mental hospitals. It's a shame that they become abandoned and fall into disrepair. Smooth flight around the place though🤗
Thank you! I haven't seen the Northern LIghts in over fifty years. I've never forgotten that one display. I feel safe saying I stood in the fields watching it for over an hour, mesmerized. We have heavy cloud coverage here. Every time the news has said the northern lights will occur, the heavy clouds have obscured everything, even preventing color bleeding through the clouds. Great to see this. Diane, using Joe's tablet.
Big like and a big thumbs up and sub great work what a place and the injustice's that went on here terrible .Great capture
Great use of the low light capability and timelapse, Alan. Loved it. ❤
Amazing footage well done you've captured it all perfectly 👌 👍
Hey, super awesome 🐴🐴 one of my favourite places to fly , thanks for uploading i enjoyed watching that 😁👍
@CHRISM541 sounds like a Thatcherite wean, who obviously disnae get ma point!
Really awesome footage, i hope to fly here soon 😁
I mean, it connects nothing on one side,to nothing on the other, a complete waste of money! Disgusting waste of public money!
Ha ha ha underrated comment
What is that grey monstrosity next to the sailing ship?
That is the riverside museum, used to be free, now there is an entry charge! Not worth it....
@@Ronald-o9x the Riverside Museum is still free and no plans to introduce a charge. The tall ship is owned and operated by a charity and has recently reinstated an entry charge.
Great video and wonderful bridge. Look forward to seeing this when I visit Glasgow .
For me, this brig represents the sad demise o the Scottish Engineering Industry!
No government should be asking their population to pay excessively for something when an alternative does the job at a fraction of the cost. You already know that those 'old, grand' engineering triumphs cost money...a lot of money, and to replicate that today would involve an insane amount of money. Yes, it would be nice to have but to not have it is obviously NOT "the sad demise o the Scottish Engineering Industry". It IS common sense.
Fabulous coverage of the new bridge and the museum is mint mate. ❤
Glad you enjoyed it
Looks like no lanes have been put down to separate bikes from walkers.
Pedestrians would ignore them, cyclists would feel entitled to ride fast. None of the pedestrian bridges that cross the Clyde segregate cyclists and pedestrians.
You'll get one entitled bike rider who thinks he owns the lane.
spot on work mate
Brilliant work gets a sub and a big like
Smooth flight 👍
brilliant flight Alan. My local go to spot flown it many times. It changes every month great place to fly

Nice video. Subscribed.
Nicely done, subbed...
Just discovered your channel through the DADC. Lovely video if a little sad, I can only imagine how stunning this would have been back in the day. Thanks for sharing. 👍
Thank you so much!
@@1alanm You're welcome
Great capture, mate. Subbed ya. 👍
Lovely, but sad, video. The hothouse never "fell out of use". The city council took a decision not to fix the broken glass. Then let it fall into disrepair...😡
Nicely done well captured 👏 👌 👍
Woah!
