Water Slapping Tremor Palm (Practice when feel stressed or when your back feels uncomfortable) It is highly recommended to those who have back problems Tips:Shift your weight between your two feet; breathe slowly and deeply (your breath will slow down naturally); and your eyes follow your hands 07:48 ~ 11:30 4. Wing Rinsing Tremor Palm (Practice when feeling low or tired) This posture is very helpful to women’s health to women, and very helpful to men’s health to men. Tips: If your hands can’t move as expected, it means that your qi and blood are not flowing smoothly. This is when the body is asking for your help, needs you to spend more time loving it. 11:29 ~ 14:06 5. Chest Washing Tremor Palm (Practice at least after 30 minutes after meals) Tips:the coordination of hand movements and the center of gravity 14:06 ~ 17:34 6. 1. 上泳顫掌 早上起來做30秒 適合上班族用手機或查電子郵件的人→得到肩頸的改善,眼睛會明亮 適合早上訓練身體和大腦甦醒的功效 結束喝一杯溫熱的開水 6. 洗頭顫掌 首先一杯溫熱開水 晚上睡覺前 注意:眼睛不能翻白眼;頭部轉動要慢且協調,手和頭要同時做到;手和頭動作不可太快或太大 手對著頭,向下,開始轉動,先左邊七次,後右邊七次 第七式:輕飛顫掌 ~唯一可以午時練功 ~心腦血管疾病、高血壓、心臟病不要再中午練習,在下午3點以後練 ~腳呈弓箭步(一直一曲) ~對全身氣血循環幫助非常大,有人做會打哈歉、流眼淚、打噴嚏 ~畫圓速度慢,顫掌頻率快 ~手與肩同高 ~做完之後,常常手腳冰冷的人手會開始回溫
