You give everything back in bills, especially winter trying to keep warm, paying the Gas bill. We continue to ask God to direct and help us plan our way through.

I had great experiences with the healthcare system in Jamaica. It is a lot more affordable than the USA and here you don't have to worry about ray-izm in the hospital and with doctors.

Most of the people we speak to are positive about their experience. Nevertheless, in any scenario, there will be people who have negative experience. 🎉💯

Oh, no! 😮 We wish you didn't need to do so. However, we believe you have given it enough thought and weighed up your options. 😊 Where in Jamaica are you? If you don't mind sharing, what's your Jamaican experience been like thus far? What are you aiming to achieve in your reverse repatriation? 🤔🧐

I own a property in Trelawny and one in St Ann. I have travelled all around the world and Jamaica is beautiful. Lush, tropical, verdant, friendly and sociable culture. On the flip side, simple things can be a struggle; just going to a ATM can be a herculean task. Bad roads, bad drivers, bad service, so much apathy, crime. Every problem is explained away, such as that’s the way things are here, or these things happen in America too. One month after I arrived, I went to visit a doctor and she asked me why would I come back here, if I did not know how hard life was here. A doctor saying this to me. Your channel is so positive and it’s good what you are doing for Jamaica. My apologies for the negativity.

Okay! That is understandable. Those things are frustrating and the bureaucracy or mediocrity or incompetence can be too overwhelming. However, I'm trying to work around it as best as possible. It's a pity you've had enough! On our channel, we aim to show a balance view of Jamaica and reflect our experiences as authentically as possible. It was great to hear and be able to understand your experience and hope your leaving will only be temporary... 😊 All the best with your plans!

I'm bracing for the wire fence foolishness with the stupid banks but I yearn for the quality of life that can be had in Jamaica. The food, the fresh air of the countryside, and the constant sunshine etc I will be planting my own garden.

Totally understand! There is something about the weather, food, atmospheric pressure, social interactions etc that certainly makes a difference. 🎉💯😎😎😎

If you have a pre-existing condition then this should be something to investigate. We did a video about healthcare in our moving to Jamaica series, which goes into detail about what is available. There is reasonable free healthcare and there are private healthcare. There are also health Insurance policies worth exploring. ✨💎

The first three nights I will be staying in Kingston and hopefully attending some food And drink festivals and then on day four I will move over to Port Antonio for the remainder of my holiday and that is where I will focus my attention on the east coast looking for a holiday home. My intention is to spend the English Winters in Jamaica to escape the cold weather. take care 😊

Those are some of the other things we discovered in our research... Most don't sell the land, they lease it... Jamaica is a landscape we are use to and therefore, a place worth returning to once we understand the landscape... 🤩💯💎

Jamaica is our home. Different languages, tribes, culture, etc. in Africa plus it’s way too far to travel to and from. Kudos to those who want to move there but it’s definitely not for me.

Voice "suppose you Tek sick?" I got a good laugh from that 😅. That was a concern I had when I contemplated moving to Africa. So I revised my plans.
