Hello @everywoman2774! To change the map's background to match the report theme, you can enable the background setting in the Format pane under General > Effects > Background. To customize the color of the land layer in the map visual, explore the "Shape Layer 1" Fill Color setting. Let us know if you still have any questions!

The major unit on the x-axis is currently not customizable; the visual automatically sets it based on the min/max date and the date unit used at the time. For example, if the display unit is set to 'year' and spans around 10 years, the default major unit will be 'decade.' However, if you use the same time period but set the display unit to 'quarter,' the major unit will be 'years'.

Hello, the solution would be similar to the original approach essentially you would have to create a dynamic measure which returns either the individual images or department images depending on the selections done in the slicers. One thing to remember here is that you would need to create an additional column with department images since the end result is to display one of them individual or department.

Field parameters allow you to combine multiple columns (variables) and let the end user choose what to use. In this case, since Graph Visual can only support a single column as a Source or target value I have limited the slicer to allow only a single selection thus forcing the user to make a choice between either Department or Name. P.S. Make sure that you use the field parameter column in the Source/Target field since that`s the one that allows you to adjust the variable through slicers.

Hey, @madalinmd1119! Drill Down Timeline PRO, unfortunately, is not suited for Gantt charts. This visual is intended for creating column, line, and area charts on X (date/time) and Y (value) axes.

So the GeoJSON files need to be hosted on a site that allows you to access it without any additional security measures and the host location needs to have CORS headers enabled. So host sites like OneDrive and SharePoint will not work. One option that you do have if you are using public shapes is to host the file on Github in a public repository and then proxy the file through our website (zoomcharts.com/en/account/dashboard/pbi/geoproxy/) and use the provided link in the visual.

Hello Jorge, The `Tooltip` option under General tab is used when you have switched the type to `Power BI Tooltip` this will not take any effect if you are using our custom tooltips. The reason for this is that we don`t have control over inherited settings. As for the `Tooltip Settings` tab that is shown in the video is indeed visible just double check the visual with the latest version 1.10.15.0. Our recommendation would be to remove and readd the visual once more to the report > add some data so that the visual is actively showing nodes and then check again for the tooltip settings tab.

Hi! The recording was done with the 1.6.x version of the visual. The current version available on AppSource is 1.10.6. If you are missing any settings, double-check if you are using the PRO version of the visual and make sure that Paid Features are turned on under Formatting Options. If you still see any missing features, please let us know which ones are missing so we can go over and see the cause. If you find any missing features, please send an email to support@zoomcharts.com

Thanks for the comment! The Timeline visual has a bit more of a specific initial setup. This is why you always have to check the following: 1. Do you have a Date field? 2. Do you have a Date hierarchy or separate columns for all the units you want to see? 3. Are all the units in the hierarchy named correctly? In the video, I mentioned that they have predefined naming that they support. For example, 'Year' will be okay, but 'Years' will not be recognized. All supported names/units can be found in the documentation (link in video description) under Quickstart > Setting up Fields > Supported date/time hierarchy column names 4. If you have done all of that but the visual still doesn`t load/work correctly, reach out to our support team support@zoomcharts.com and please provide as much information as possible about the setup - ideally send us the .pbix file so we can investigate it.
